I have the following problem with my account for no reason.

I keep getting asked (actually almost ordered) to add my mobil phone.number to my account. What if I don't have one? Some people don't, you know. I am 88 and don't plan to buy a smart phone..

    I agree with this I too have never had a cellphone and hopefully never will. I see them as ruining communication in America. People don't talk anymore they "I/M or TEXT". throw the phones away and talk people.

    I am repeatedly BLOCKED from participating on the comments page of news articles.
    I KNOW that all verbiage is scanned for inappropriate wording.......HOWEVER
    I am presently in a state of persona non grata and wish to be granted access.......
    HOW, WHEN, IF
    RESPONSE??????

    i been blocked today when i said hi. i stay at home quarantined and unfortunately this is a lifeline and they blocked me. i see people say bad things on aol. i dont see them blocked. i been with aol since 1994.

    It's very annoying when they require one. Living in rural areas can be challenging when we only get delivery to a PO Box and they require a physical address to mail a credit card or package that goes through the USPS. I was denied a $15 rebate because CONAGRA would not accept my PO Box, and had several packages and credit cards returned to sender.

    I don't & wont get a smart phone, cell phone etc. Is there a way to opt out of that message at sign in?

    each time i log on: pass word invalid: i reset but this happens still. thr problem began around 8-4-20. it has become very annoying as i am 90.

    my password often only good for one entry...and next time to use the same password....can't get to rogerogata@aol.com......so finally have to replly: forgot password......and sends message to my disabled phone 808-745-3095 (ii is dead since yesterday) so to get to my 808-551-2555 smart....today Aol will not allow me to get that listed backup number.......other services always from other places to send the code, so can change the "refused" past word......e.g..send to riogata@aol.com or rogerogata2@aol.com.........and also too many advertisements over 50/dy....
    I am 87 years old......iwaja1945@Gmail.com.......etc.etc. have to separate microsoft from AOL..mahalo rogerogata@aol.com

    I have the same problem. No mobile phone. Many of us do not have one.
