Changed Passwords not being saved

When I do a changed password, I never see the "Do you Want to Save this new Password" (or some such check-off), and of course the old passwords keeps coming up..
IE, Edge, Firefox & Chrome all work as expected - not AOL's Browser.

My settings button under browse lost all My saved, and blocked passwords. It will not let Me click on rh lower button to unblock pop ups., and My personal filling cabinet has disappeared with a lot of my saved folders. I called last week, they reloaded AOL GOLD, this did not help.
Some times it the PFC shows back up, then disappears again. I losses any new passwords I save, and does not ask Me if I want to save new ones. YES I CLICKED THE BOXES UNDER SETTINGS. Windows did a major update last week, and I have problems since, even after reloading AOL GOLD. -

Ok back after an hour and it's still IMPORTING !!! I'm killing it and will see what I can see.

Did as suggested before I posted and it WAS ALREADY ON..
Just tried IMPORT from both Firefox and Chrome and FACEBOOK did not show up .. it fact, there were now only two saved sets!!!
I attempted to IMPORT again, and still only two..
I deleted those two and now IMPORT is taking a VERY long time importing them!!
Definately something screwy.. When done, will test again.
