I will keep sending daily complaints until AOL removes the highlighted enlarged font or gives us a way to at least return to the original way. Very distracting, annoying, makes me dizzy. I called into tech support and they told me to use a different browser to read aol mail if it bothers me that much! Can you believe that!!! I am a very, very long time PAYING CUSTOMER who uses the Desktop Gold software. AOL please fix this.

Please take away the recent highlighting change when scrolling mail. It is horrible. Put things back to how they were and leave them alone!

Highlighting and magnifying the email subjects is highly annoying and unnecessary! Give us an option to switch back to the regular format! This is horrible!

My comment did not appear, so I will try again. Please, please, please remove the enlargement and color from email. I am 90 and can't take it. I can't see the whole title of the mail and am deleting two at a time. If it continues, I will have to leave AOL after many, many years of using it. It seems we have another nutty idea from those who gave uf the Gold version and didn't give us the option of continuing to use the previous one.

Pleease, please, please remove the color and enlargement from email!! I am 90 and can't take it. I can't see the whole title of the mail and, because of the enlargement, I'm deleting mail I want to keep. If this continues, I will have to leave AOL after years and years of using it. Please help!!!!!!!! It seems to be another nutty idea from the people who gave us the terrible Gold version instead of letting us have the choice of continuing to use the previous one.

All of the negative comments in the last week about this new change and AOL chooses to ignore them. Most comments have been closed and my comments have been flagged as inappropriate. AOL decided to make an awful change and I gave feedback and it is flagged as inappropriate? I did not use any foul language, etc. I just gave my opinion on how awful this change is. Go back to exactly the way it was. This "update" is stupid, unnecessary and distracting, Interesting though how my previous complaints about this have been flagged as "inappropriate". Paying customers, it's time to revolt and flee to Gmail.

I am almost ready to stop using and paying for AOL desktop due to this one change. It is terrible and there is no way to opt out. I want it back to the way it was before. NOW
