I need to be able to open two+ emails and have them side by side to compare! Instead, all emails open up in the same box. Terrible!!!!
Every email should open in their own window. You can not compare emails or perform other tasks involving two emails when you can only see one at a time. This needs to be addressed immediately since it is a major problem. I have been an AOL paid subscriber since the 1990s, but this problem has me seriously considering leaving unless it gets fixed immediately! I am in the travel business, and not being able to compare side by side emails is a major inconvenience.
Within settings, select Mail, then go to the advanced tab. At the top is an option "open mails I read in a new window".

You can do this -- go to Keyword: Mail Settings. Press the Advanced tab. Check the box "Open eMails I read in a new window."

Also discovered that if you hit delete to delete the email in the open window, it deletes the email but the email still shows in he open window! I did that to try to delete the message to get rid of it, but, it still shows after being deleted. Even more annoying. Changes to the email displays is just horrible now and needs immediate correction.
