I was hoping that after a while AOL would actually get better, unfortunately you folks seem to be working hard to destroy it. Good job, you succeeded. Now you've wrecked the comments section.

MONEY GRAVELING AOL **** DILUTE YOUR PRODUCT AND SERVICE
Now, with AOL GOLD's program revisions to the negative, a sent Email containing a photo within the email does not show up in your email copy file, only an avatar removal file. AOL does this so as to cheat, scrimp and criminally avoid internet pipeline use, costing AOL less and you MORE in the form of service you did not, and will not receive. AOL is quite the corrupt and ****** company.

Desktop Gold, for me, is a disaster.
I today spent a lengthy time on the phone and interactively (Case # 07716500) with a phone rep in the Philippines who insisted the only way to solve horrific problems I was having sending mail with AOL Desktop on a PC (but not with with AOL on my iPad) was to reinstall Gold. First, she claimed that there were limits to the megs in any e-mail I replied to. When I proved to her through the AOL on the iPad that this was not true, she tried to get me to reinstall Gold. I simply flat out refused to take…

Let us know what is going on!!
As subscribers and paying for GOLD, I believe we should be notified as to what is being done on your end to correct these problems, inform us of a time line, and keeping us in the loop. There doesn't seem to be a notification problem when you want us to buy a new product so it should be just as easy for you to tell us about the product we already are paying for.

I was just looking at the photos for the Calif. fire. Did I have captions with the picture? NO! I had John Boeher's kisser over and over.I'm beginning to think that it is you folks who are on pot.

I was not receiving any email for the day. This went on for 3 days and I had to call AOL to fix it...very frustrated and time consuming.
Every day I try to access my email and all I get is the email from the day before. I had to call 3 times so AOL could fix the problem.

Please provide the direct telephone and email addresses for the people at the top that pushed the engineers to put out an operating system(GOLD) before it was ready for prime time. The wrong people are taking the heat.

Desktop Gold is a joke
When AOL was free rarely had an issue, then you start charging $5.99 a month and nothing but problems. Usually when you pay for a service it's better, but not in this case, Fix it or make it free again!!!

I've called your tech people numerous times. I've "reported a bug". NOTHING changes.
Delays in emails going out, then duplicates are sent. AOL freezes and has to be restarted. AOL drops off -- sometimes while I'm sending an email. AOL: Are you listening? And now you send me emails about new features? Why would I want to download new features when you can't fix the old ones? I know what you will do -- you will reply that I should "report a bug" or tell me to contact the tech staff, or combine this with another feedback. But you won't fix anything. It has been a year. WHEN will we see improvement?

Why don't you give us the option in the beginning to either delete or permanently delete! That way we don't have to take forever to permanently delete things in the deleted file. What you have done is very time consuming.
