AOL GOLD IS A COLOSSAL MESS WE PAY FOR!
Colossal fits too, because the mess involves Oath ownership, officers and most employees. The techs are probably the worst, however, because they just talk-away all the problems rather then fixing them. AOL GOLD also seems to be less then Windows compatible. Amazing nobody gives a **** about this idiocy. They should be sued out of existence.

I think I have said this before: whoever the idiot was that decided that the picture captions should be a clickable feature that covers part of the pic just so another damnable ad can be shown along the side of the pic probably doesn't pay attention to what is being done. There is plenty of advertising. A suit or two must want to get a chalet in the mountains somewhere. Sure as heck doesn't make AOL user friendly.

Browser stinks
No idea, just make your browser more compatible with online programs, such as Shopify. Couldn't figure out why AOL kept crashing or shutting down altogether. Then I had to re-download because for some reason it disappeared from my programs, When I reopened, as an AOL browser, I tried opening Shopify and I received messages that I needed to update my Chrome browser. Huh? I wasn't in Chrome. Reading further on the Shopify error page, your browser wasn't listed as compatible.
Oh, I could open AOL in Chrome, but the layout sucks, it shows ALL my email instead of the just… -

This so called forum is a waste of time. No one reads this **** and the **** **** AOL subscribers do not care. However, if AOL wants to start a Civil War over the **** ******** attack you can bring it on. Cause you are going to lose your *** and half of those on our side are going to educated blacks. Smart people know the difference between **** and substance. Get a dictionary if you do not understand any of the words I used....like "forum". AOL **** and has perpetual imploded cheeks.

Scroll Bar Too Skinny
AOL is obviously made for a specific age group rather than the general public. Why one earth have a scroll bar that is so small it takes repeated tries to grab with a mouse? I have to roll my eyes at programmers who program for their liking rather than their customer.

EVER TRY TO GET AOL OFF YOUR COMPUTER? NEAR IMPOSSIBLE. IT VIRTUALLY TAKES A COMPLETE ERASING AND CLEARING OF YOUR HARD DRIVE AND RELOADING WINDOWS OR MAC PROGRAM, ITS THAT DEEP INTO YOUR SYSTEM. MOST PEOPLE I TALK TO LAUGH ABOUT AOL AND CONSIDER IT JUNK AND THE ABSOLUTE WORST PROGRAM OUT THERE. YET, AOL CHARGES FOR SPAMMING US WITH ADS, POPUPS, CYBER AND BANDWIDTH CLUTTER. AOL IS WIDELY CONSIDERED A JOKE AND A PROGRAM FOR SENIORS. AOL ROUTINELY CRASHES AND LOCKS UP YOUR COMPUTER. IT REALLY IS DREADFUL.

Please fill out this form to the FCC who controls AOL and let them investigate all of our complaints and maybe get our money refunded and/or not allow them to charge/rob us until they get their product working 100%. I just sent the FCC my complaint. Won't you join me?

Maybe the Techs should be forced to use AOL Gold so they would realize what a mess it is
and would give them some incentive to fix all of the ongoing problems people constantly complain about that don't get fixed which are just hidden or closed. With 796 reviewed feedbacks and only 31 fixes completed in a year and a half time, this speaks volumes that AOL is not very sincere about helping their paying customers with the daily issues we deal with.
