   I have been having work emails forwarded to AOL. Recently they are being blocked with message "users mailbox is quarenteened" meaning AOL rejected it. Would be coming from Microsoft Outlook mail account. Then it is followed by PAGES of gobblegook then the message is at the bottom (the one it said was blocked)

This is happening constantly and I have complained constantly. When is this going to be fixed. Email me back @ **@aol.com on why this keeps happening. Today it said do you want to reload the Java Script (for the FB tab). I said YES and it did NOTHING....and just continued to be FROZEN!!!!

   COMPLAINT: Morons... Site says tech support 24x7, but try to get through (at 10:15 PM Pacific??) Also, when trying to reset forgotten password, the site won't accept anything that is remotely close to last or other computer used password, and AOL plays God saying "too short, try again."

7. Forwarding E-Mail from Indiana University E-Mail Address to AOL E-Mail Address

   I have been an AOL subscriber since I went online, over 25 years ago. I have also been an adjunct professor of law at Indiana University's McKinney School of Law over that same time period. For the convenience of both myself and my students, I have always forwarded e-mail sent to my IU e-mail address to one of my AOL screen names, **@aol.com.

   However, following my usual practice in preparation for the new academic year which will start this next week, I tested the forwarding feature last week. Much to my chagrin and disappointment, it no longer worked. Instead, I received this error message:

   Error: "554 5.7.9: Message not accepted for policy reasons."

   When I followed the links provided for this error message, I was advised:

   "If your emails aren't being received by Yahoo accounts, it's a good idea to review our Yahoo Mail deliverability FAQ to make sure you're following industry standards for bulk email senders."

   "Why you're seeing this error
   Your message wasn't delivered because Yahoo was unable to verify that it came from a legitimate email sender.

   Your email failed one or more authentication checks that Yahoo uses to verify emails are truly sent from the domains they claim to originate from."

   However, I am NOT a bulk e-mail sender and I HAVE always heretofore been able to forward e-mail from my IU e-mail account to my AOL e-mail account. So, I called AOL Technical Support.

   The problem was one which required me being referred to a Tech Support Specialist, who assigned me Case No. 07101805.

   After considerable investigation, I was advised that a recent policy change associated with AOL becoming part of Oath was causing this problem. In particular, I was advised that AOL was now rejecting my forwarded e-mails because Indiana University -- for IT system security reasons of its own -- was using two-step sign-in procedures. But, this has been true for several years and is a standard security procedure these days for major institutions like Indiana University. So, I was very upset by this Oath policy change. Indeed, if this policy is not modified to accommodate users like me, this will be the "straw that breaks the camel's back" for me insofar as Verizon's acquisition of AOL and its combination with Yahoo under Oath. My wife and I will also likely switch away from Verizon for our cell phone service given how expensive it has become compared to alternatives now available in the marketplace.

   But, your loyal Tech Support Specialist urged me to use the "My Feedback" feature to share my experience and my request to be able to forward e-mail sent to my Indiana University e-mail address to my AOL address in the hope that I could continue as a long-time AOL and Verizon subscriber.

   So, as a very long-time AOL subscriber and a relatively long-time Verizon subscriber, I decided to give AOL/Oath/Verizon a chance to address and solve my problem.

   Please advise at your earliest opportunity because I am most concerned and motivated by this issue.

11. I cannot download an email attachment or print an email to a PDF printer. I have reported this bug 3 times and no response.

    Fix AOL Desktop Gold. I expect to get what I pay for. I have reported this bug 3 times and no response. This problem started within the last 2 weeks. I can go to AOL in a browser and then I can either download an attachment or print to a PDF printer. Why is it not working in AOL Desktop "Gold?" I have been using the same computer, with the same settings, with the same operating system, with the same network, with the same internet provider for at least 7 years. Also, get rid of all of the awful ads which are so distracting.and make it impossible to read an article.

    I have unchecked the box to auto add email addresses , and AOL, wait OATH, seems to still do it, STOP! AOL wasn't even this bad. I see programmers really know how to mess things up.

16. What's with the neverending "flash not installed" alert and how do you stop it?

    I am so sick of this stupid alert, Flash IS installed, but I get this alert constantly. I have done what is suggested to stop it but sure enough, there it is, over, and over, and over, and over. HOW DO YOU STOP IT??

    It says it will show icon and notification when it next becomes active. But I am signed on so it IS active. I also restarted the computer but icon still won't show on taskbar. I believe this started with your last download. There is no longer a Report A Bug Service??
