  1. There are too many problems with AOL Desk Gold.

    1. Everything's messed up. I was trying to save an email under AOL Gold on my PC and the email disappeared

    2. Then I got a pop up Alert message " OOPS something went wrong
      Error: 310-ERR-TOO-MANY-REDIRECTS."

    When I try to forward or reply to my email - it causes my AOL desktop to freeze. This happens quite frequently - just in the past month it has happened several times.

  5. What the Heck is going on????? Can't open some of my mail finding duplicate address in my address book and then some of them aren't right

    Some of my emails are coming up blank have to click 2 or 3 times. Finding duplicate addresses in address book and some of them are omitting letters or numbers or extra letters and numbers have been added. If it not one thing its another why can't you get your ---- together and give us what we pay for? AOL from **** ever since new people took it over. This is bull

  10. Stories from Boredom Therapy cause the background to disappear

    Boredom Therapy stories cause the Background Displays to disappear. I see other complaints about this and nothing has been done - why not? It has happened twice so far today and I've only been on for about an hour. either fix it or get rid of the Damned Boredom Therapy, it's a total waste of time any way.

  12. When I copy and try to paste a second image, it will paste the first or previous image instead. Please fix this! It's very frustrating!

    I have to shut down and restart in order to paste the current image I want to paste. It pastes the previous image instead of the current copied image. I've sent feedback about this problem before, but it has not been fixed. Are you listening, AOL Gold?

  14. Can't view pictures my sent pictures.

    I can send Emails with pictures to friends and they get them fine, however when I open them the writing is fine but the pictures are tiny icons that won't open. This is brand new. What happened?

    When reading an article all the windows go blank. I have to log out then back in. Now I have to find where I was. Fix this problem!

    I send a mail this afternoon. I know I did because she responded. I want some info from that mail and look at SENT MAIL. It's not there. :(
    I delete a few things. I know I did because they're not there any more. Go to RECENTLY DELETED and they are not there. :(
    I'm losing important info because of AOL GOLD.
    Dump it or fix it.

  17. When trying to access my spam control Im taken to a sign on screen

    Obviously I'm already signed in otherwise I couldn't see any of my mail, spam included. Yet when I try to access the spam control via the link given I'm taken to a sign on screen. WTF? I'm already signed in, why am I being asked to sign in again? I don't think aol knows its elbow from its butt. So what's the excuse this time?

    2. Click on Help on the top right, and select Report a Bug from the drop-down menu.
    3. Type a short description of the problem, and click Send.
