If there are posts about political biases in AOL, why are they "reviewed" with the Vote button turned off?
If there are posts in this forum about political biases in AOL, why are they "reviewed" with the Vote button turned off. There may be others who feel the same way about the subject but they are not allowed to "raise their hand" along with everyone else.

Mailbox won't display *new* mail
Why do I even have a "new" mail folder on AOL Desktop Gold, if I can't view only new mail when I open my inbox? If this is a new FEATURE, I don't like it! I'm paying for this service, and expect it to work at least as well as the mobile app!!
note: before you suggest I refresh, open/close/exit and reload AOL, been there, done that! -

What are the minimum and recommended computer requirements for aol desktop gold? Does aol desktop gold run better on amd or intel cpu hardware, how much ram is needed?
This info doesn't appear in the help section, typing in aol desktop gold system requirements.

Hello. I've been with AOL SINCE 2003. Yes, over -17 years- now. Why do I put up with all the service issues, advertisements, SPAM, lost benefits, and wasted time and money?? Because AOL holds all my folders ******* that I've created since 2003 that contain many emails I want and need to save.
I don't need to write about all the individual issues and frustrations because many of your other customers below have already done that well. I see many of the posts have not even been responded to with a simple or short comment! Acknowledgement and communication can go… -
Private Dictionary gets wiped out every time Desktop gold gets installed. This has occurred every time over the last 20 years.

Screen doesn't return to home (Welcome) page after internet search page is closed.
What the f....?? I have to reopen the "Welcome" page after using the "Search" bar. The "Welcome" page then returns to the beginning (page - 1), not the page that I left (i.e. page 40). So now I need to scroll thru all the pages to get back to where I left off. ****** me off. I'd rather use Internet Explorer or other solution, and cancel AOL.

ability to change the time of receipt of email.
the time stamp for receipt of emails is 3 hrs behind me (I'm on east coast, setting is west coast) and I have learned from tech support there is NO WAY to correct it.

AOL? Truly amazing they can get away with fraud for so long.
Where are the courts? Where is Ralph Nader when we need him? Maybe if all paying AOL Gold customers contacted their local ABC News "7 on Your Side" consumer advocate reps, maybe AOL would at least be globally shamed into not being such obvious, fraudulent crooks and deliver an honest product. Really tragic and malfeasant.
I predict AOL will eventually have their ***** nailed to the wall. -
Fraudulent advertisers
On February 23, 2020, I ordered and used my ATM card to purchase a top from NINACLOAK.Com who continues to show the same attractive tops as being in stock. My top has never been sent. In searching for their web site there are multiple links to reveal this is a scam advertiser. My bank is doing an investigation. I used their posted phone number and was placed on hold for over an hour with no response. These people are stealing the order payments from all who order their advertised tops. Please refuse their advertising.

Automatic address lookup
When addressing a message, why all of a sudden do I get the address plus the contact name. Make it work like it did before, I don't need to know the person's name, i already know that. Just clutters up the works.

"BLOCK EMAIL" made simple + easy!
PLEASE, include a "BLOCK EMAIL" option in the drop down window when an email is clicked on. Having to type in the address(es) in the current block email system is VERY tedious and they change their addresses hourly. I AM SICK-AND-TIRED of all these, "I want to have *** w/ you." emails, etc. ****! Make it easy!

Deleted emails keep popping back into the inbox! When I went to delete them again they all of sudden disappeared again!
I don't know what is going on there but this is getting ridiculous! Why is it that everything was going fine and than you have to mess with it and make things worse??? Can you leave well enough alone!! And I want to be be able to create new files! Please work on that! Please make everything work again properly!

Fix to work correctly! News feed is overlapping on searchbox.Lose the minimize,maximize,close buttons. lost all email contacts in a folder.
I was informed that I need to use this feedback app for a senior tech to respond to my many issues that could not be resolved by the techs on duty.
