  1. I can no longer send blind copy emails as I have done for 20 years to a closed group

    For 20 years I have sent blind copy emails to 300 or more people that request them. I did this in groups of less than 150. Now AOL won't permit me to send these emails

  3. Computer processor is working too hard

    My Computer processor is working too hard, making a lot of noise when ever signed on with AOL Gold. What is your software doing to my computer? The processor is constantly working as if it is computing some complex program or downloading / uploading a huge file/ Even if I am doing nothing. As soon as I sign off or shut down AOL Gold the noise goes away. Earlier versions of AOL did not cause the same symptoms. I am being exposed to harmful noise and my computer is being overworked. WHY?

  4. allow Land line is Voip to be on Desk Top Gold

    I have had the same land line phone number for many years and has been VoIP for most of that time. Your software change has now indicated that I can only register wireless phone numbers. This will be a real problem for many of your customers, including me. This needs to be fixed ! ! !

  7. Auto Spell Check does not recognize correctly spelled technical terms & won't send due to "Error" which does not exist !!

    Your Auto Spell Check does not recognize technical terms & product names, so it won't send email claiming there is an "Error",.... The error is the stupid spell check, dump it, please, tired of having it refuse to send valid emails out

    2. The status on *******was ok and after a few days appears this message: “Not available…”

    3. Cannot keep pinned the AOL task bar

    4. Waiting too much time to open AOL Gold

    5. Cannot copy and paste sometimes links from the Internet; However, there are no problems with Mozilla or Google

    6. Cannot copy from Microsoft word to the e-mail box

    7. Cannot copy news from the Israeli website to the e-mail box

    8. AOL is asking too many times for verifications, as long I setup already with AOL technicians…

  10. Lots you can improve and for one is when I read an email the page will not close and so I have to sign off and I pay for GOLD!

    Will you please fix emails so I can just click up at the right side corner of email to close it. I find it impossible to close a email unless I sign off of AOL.

    My son goes on AOL Gold by switching screen names under my main account. Today he was online then signed off to go to the store. When he came back and signed on again, there was a popup that said he had to pay for AOL Gold. When I went on AOL help, his screen name was no longer there, but a strange name that we did not create was (this name is not on my drop down in "switch screen name"). Live chat could not help.   15. Error Messages Keep Telling Me My Mail Cannot Be Sent Because of Some Error

    Sometimes I get a message that says my mail cannot be sent because of an error yet it will send if I put it into Mail Waiting to be Sent. Other times it says We Seem To Be Having Trouble Loading Your Mail. Try Again in 5 Minutes. But five minutes, ten minutes, half an hour later and it still won't send my mail!!

  17. Partially disabled mail filing

    Using my resident AOL Gold desktop...
    -- when I open my "Incoming/Saved Mail" folder...
    -- RIGHT click on a message, on which I copied myself...
    -- go to "Move to"...
    -- "On My PC"...
    -- the "Mail You've Sent" option is DISABLED.

    WHY ??

    We must be able to file a message ANYWHERE WE WANT TO.

    Options should NOT be disabled.

    my issue is that my aol has stopped me from saving images, it just doesn't work at all. Also, just recent, when I go to the Chase app to login, after login I get these giant letters and a circle in the left hand corner of the screen that won't let me get into my screen for banking. The only way I can access this is through google crome. Can you please fix this because now I'm paying for something that cannot fully serve my purpose.

  20. How to read very old emails using AOL GOLD

    I have appx 50 old PFC organize files that are saved on a flash drive. How can I read the old emails using AOL GOLD version? These emails date back to 2002, so I have been an AOL user for over 16 years!. The emails are important, that is why I have saved them! I don't need them converted to AOL GOLD, I just need to read them by opening up the Personal Filing Cabinet using AOL GOLD.
