2. retrieving saved Favorites

   The previous AOL saved Favorites that I could open. When opened, it was a list of all of my Favorites and all I had to do was click on one and the website opened.
   This stupid Gold saves as a FAV file that cannot be opened matter what I try.

   PLEASE GO BACK TO THE GREAT PROGRAM THAT OPENED THE SAVED FAVORITES AS A LIST SO THAT THE WEBSITE I WANT CAN BE OPENED WITH JUST ONE CLICK!!!!!!!!!!!

6. I returned to the "Original AOL Mail" format because AOL GOLD format has you navigating all over the full screen -ridiculous!!

   I lose the direct access security of the AOL GOLD browser but the inability to use the far more convenient and simple Format with (Reply/Reply All/Spelling/Forward/Delete/More- to Print doesn't have you from up to down to read or down on the diagonal down to a two-step Delete and then simply all over the screen. GOLD is a ridiculous Format all over the screen with the mouse. WHY is this if you wish to improve? One Security step forward and many steps all over the screen for most navigation steps. where are the TERMS OF SERVICE TO READ AND ANSWER BELOW?

7. Ads on Welcome page from things I have searched for Christmas

   I have a major complaint, this has been going on for such a long time, but I have just about had it with ads hitting me in the face constantly, even when I was paying for your most expensive membership. On the Welcome page over to the right hand side, it constantly is showing me things I have searched, I know what I have searched, I dont need to be reminded, but this is the problem, we all have 7 email addresses on our accts, so I have one and my husband has another. This is the issue, I was searching and ordering things for him for Christmas yesterday, and walked into his room to see if he needed anything, only to see on his Welcome page, everything I was searching and ordered on his page, he said, wow, that is really some nice stuff you are getting me for Christmas. He can see everything I was searching for for him, you can imagine how mad I was when I saw this. I wanted it to be a surprise, as everyone does, this has got to stop. I checked out our other email address on the same acct on aol, and guess what, it showed up one each of them too, so if I had kids and was shopping for them, they could see everything I was looking at. How do I stop this, this is just not right, and I am sure this affects everyone on AOL. All the websites I searched, if this can not be stopped I will no longer be buying anything from anyone on line again, I will go back to shopping at the physical stores, it was alot more fun anyway, I just can not believe you people would be doing this to all of us, our searches dont need to be plastered all over our Welcome page, we know what we were searching for and if we really want it, we know where to go to buy it, instead of plastering it all over my page and my husbands, now he knows the watch and ring I was ordering for him, and some golfing items, etc. you spoil all the fun of buying things privately on line. I do not ever buy anything from any ads that are plastered all over my computer anyway, so its ridiculous that you do this. Not to mention I go to read a story, and have to constantly click next to the next sentence, and each time I am hit with so many ads I can not even see the article, so I have stopped reading all of them, I can go onto MSN and read the article with out all the ads thrown at me. This is exactly why I reduces my subscription from the most expensive one you had, down to the cheapest, because all I was getting was thousands of ads thrown in my face every single day, so why pay for the most expensive when it does not reduce the amount of ads thrown at us each day. Please stop plastering our shopping searches all over the Welcome page, you want your spouse or kids to see what you are getting them for Christmas months before.....I dont think so. I am angry, and I bet alot of other people out there are too. I have had this account for over 20 years along with and MSN acct for over 20 years, most people are going to the free sites, cause why pay for getting nothing but ads thrown in your face constantly, this is why you have been losing so many customers over the years, we are so tired of it, and this was the straw that broke the camels back. STOP THE PLASTERING OF OUR SEARCHES ON THE WELCOME PAGE, PLEASE!!! I am sure nothing will get done about it, but I had to make a complaint about it.

9. Forget trying to fix AOL sounds and restore Windows OS media player. Simple.

   Dump your version of personalized sounds and restore the Windows Media Player. There are many sites from which all kinds of sounds may be downloaded and played. You have disabled this feature and forced us to consider your selections.

    Your headline writers are illiterate. The latest bad joke says that some obscure actress was "hospitalized after being ran over." NO NO NO!! That's "after being RUN over." The vehicle ran over the actress. She was run over. Please hire writers who are fluent in English.

11. there needs to be a way to save multiple emails, as a group to a flash drive or hard copy

    there needs to be a way to select multiple emails, and save them all as individual files, to a flash drive, hard drive, etc so they can be used/viewed individually... OFF SITE from AOL or required internet access.

    I have a situation where I need to make a copy of 249 emails and present them all, as separate, electronic files, as evidence in a court case. All 249 emails are saved - on AOL, in the PFC, and accessible... but only through internet access. I need to submit a flash drive to the court with all of the files, as evidence.

    I could copy all of the files at once and place them in a folder on AOL, I could copy them all and place them in the PFC... but there is no way to access them other than through AOL, or by going through every file individually and saving them.

    there isn't even a way to forward multiple files to a different email address or program where saving them all is possible.

    this should be a BASIC and ELEMENTARY feature, and that fact that it isn't possible to save multiple files or emails to a hard copy or external drive is rediculous

14. forward mail

    I would like to be able to forward all of my mail to another email address for answering while I am away. But all I can do is use an auto responder. There should be a an email setting of "forward all mail to: [enter an email address]" with an option to choose "until revoked" or for "X" number of days.

    on my new laptop I entered our 4 screen names, NOT in order, there should be a way to change the appearance order as mostly used 1st & 2nd instead of at the bottom, it's annoying.
