windows 11
We can have multiple users with their own space on Windows 11, sharing the PROGRAM FILES & PROGRAM FILES (x86) intalled apps.
But because AOL GOLD is in a C:\USER directory of one user, other users of a HOME system can't see AOL GOLD on their desktops
Will this be soon changed to install AOL GOLD so all users can get to it? i.e. installed in C:\PROGRAM FILES

I was continually receiving "open in external application" while in AOL - UNTIL I downloaded AOL Desktop Gold BETA..... I have NOT received the message since..... I am running Windows 11 on a desktop. Some change in the Beta eliminated message....

Any chance we'll get back the ability to hit Ctrl and Enter and have it Send our emails?
AOL used to allow us to use our keyboard to Send an email by simply holding down the Ctrl key and hitting the Enter key.
Any chance they can add that back again. It should be a very simple macro command.

quickbooks compatibility
I cannot send reports out of Quickbooks with AOL because of some security issue. Can you fix this or tell me how. Quickbooks thinks AOL is not secure but it will allow me to send reports through GMAIL. If you do not fix this I will have to switch to GMAIL.

Fix address book so new e mail addresses will automatically be added.
I have been with AOL for 16 years and during that time when sending a new e mail the new address would be automatically added to my address book. This system has been changed and now I am told that I have to add any new customer e mail manually. I am very unhappy with this. I have tried to get the old system back. I am sure I am not alone. I would bet that millions of customers feel the same way. The fix would be to allow those customers that want the new addresses to be saved to…

The highlight bar does not appear after deleting an email worked perfectly yesterday, called aol support helpful but still does not work

Can't get back to the site.
I find it very frustrating that on the Trivia game I can't get back to the original screen after answering one question because that screen also showed other options that I would have liked to click on.

Spell check
Once again I would like to ask if you can possible make the mail program at least as responsive at version 9 was! It is ridicules that you cannot click on Skip all if there are proper names or words you want to use that are not in the spell check library. It is even more ridicules that you must go over the entire email every time you click on Spell Check if you just want to correct one word or start from a specific place and not have to go through the whole email. When submitting a bug check in aol desktop gold, there should be an option to submit a photo or two. Having a photo with a description would be better for the aol desktop gold engineering team rather then just a discription.

Can AOL please stop with the reminder that Adobe Flash is not installed? Flash was discontinued by Adobe at the end of 2020. They recommend that it should be uninstalled, since it is (was) a buggy product and a security risk.

I am trying to notify AOL that I became victim of a sales scam which I saw advertised as I was playing on the AOL Game website. The ad claimed to be a Walmart ad for handicap scooter 100 left, being sold off at a very discount price. I purchased 2 at a cost of $96.98 on 12/12/2031 The printout of my purchase came through as Walmart. However, when I checked my Bank credit card running balance the post did not say Walmart It read as follows: Pending:

Why are you all of a sudden asking me to sign-in to post a comment when I'm already signed in AOL? I've figured a work-around, but why are you doing this in the first place? A form of censorship? (I've already written to Verizon Media about this.)

what's new section
In the what's new section of aol desktop gold, the newest build isn't listed. Why is this?
It seems that the newest build causes the aol desktop gold software running on amd hardware to take 2 to 3 gigs of ram and then crash and just close by itself.
On the bright side, the email is now properly synced up with the server.
Running on intel hardware isn't a problem though. -
Make it possible for users to print out a website address list of My Favorites
Please provide a way for an AOL user to print out the website addresses of all their Favorites. If I could have printed my Favorites I would have an easy reference now that installing AOL on a new computer did not populate my Favorites and to make it worse, I can't put any favorites in My Favorites on the "new" AOL installation.
