Background vs Stationery
You obviously misunderstood, we didn't want your stationery, we want to be able to OUR OWN backgrounds like before. How difficult is that? You don't even understand what your customers want or need, yet you increase the rates? That's almost laughable. You're stealing from us. Why didn't you take notes of AOL 9.8.2 before you cut it off? You don't have a clue as to what we want or need. You're not even trying to satisfy us. Why not?

GATHERING FEEDBACK Is not good Customer Service
Prior to the release of AOL Gold and Verizon Media entering the picture, when an issue was reported or suggested, you had a one-on- one contact and/or feedback within 24 to 48 hours via phone or email.
Now, you get the response, GATHERING FEEDBACK.
So, with the above response, how does a customer get an IMPORTANT AOL issue fixed that can’t wait until all feedback is collected? If one paying customer has an issue, it needs to be fixed ASAP and not wait months for the gathering of information. How can you call that Customer Service?

Allow EDIT options on ALL Sent Emails.
Please add the option to edit all sent emails. When using URLs such as Microsoft Community Forum and others, edit options are available after the message has been sent.

Block e-mails button in spam folder
Please consider adding a Block e-mail button in the spam folder. it would be so nice to select all or individual mail items and block them in the spam folder so we don't have to keep getting them.

Ruined the great AOL Mailbox
In my opinion you have ruined AOL. The main reason I stayed with it, even tho having an aol email for business is embarrassing, is because your Mailbox was so much more user friendly and capable than other options. I guess no more.Yesterday, the program crashed and closed twice while downloading a pdf. AOL has not crashed on me since 1996.
1 - When there is an attachment and you download, you cannot see the email. You have to close and reopen. If you reply, you get a blank email.

Whenever I sent an email to an address, that address was automatically entered in my address book and became available the next time.
Whenever I sent an email to an address, that address was automatically entered in my Address book and the next time that I started typing that address, it came up as a selection. Very nice feature. Now it no longer works that way. I guess that I am surprised that positive features such as this are being removed rather than enhanced.

Keeping AOL update with the Times
Well we have been with AOL for Years. Now you charge to use it. I can't log in to my bank Account with AOL. I have to use Google chrome to log in now. I call the Bank Support they said AOL is so old that your not keeping up with your updating your Software. So we pay so start keeping up with the TIMES.. So I'll give you guys a little time to fix this problem or i'am to change.Microsoft Explorer. Thank You

AOL has finally convinced me to find another email system. Your latest update where my minimized emails automatically pop up after sending or closing another email makes it so that it takes way more of my time than I have for answering emails. I am no longer getting "click" sound when saving or deleting emails. Help
Called tech support twice and got no fix on my problem. I want return of "click" or "beep" sound when moving mail to (save in folder) or deleting.

why do I have to open and email, with pictures and possible viruses, in order to block the site. I should be able to block it from the spam folder, without opening it.

Is there a way we can remove the advertisement in the ala carte DG mailbox and when downloading a program using the same software?

Attachment Preview option
I use desktop software for email & I appreciate to have an option to preview the attachment prior downloading the attachment. In this manner can only download those attachments which are required for future reference and discard those after reading. This option is not currently available. Please do the needful to have this option and advise.

New mail layout sucks...
The new AOL owners don't seem to be very concerned about their customers, in fact they're making it more complex. I expect they will re-initiate the old program and charge us to use it. Are we all aware we don't have to pay for service at Google, MSN, Yahoo, etc. Why are we paying for the most screwed up of the bunch?

Create a way to copy the contents of a Group Email into a second (new) Group Email. This saves the original Group and allows the second one
