    Hi there. Please make sure you have the latest update to the UI, One UI 5.1. You can go to your device's settings, tap on ''Software update'' to see if this update is available for you. If it's not, please try again later. Additionally, if you do have this version, please check to have the latest keyboard 5.6.10.25. Settings>General management>Keyboard list and default>Samsung Keyboard>About Samsung Keyboard (bottom of page)>Update.

  3. Fix auto-rotate. This only works in portrait mode.

  8. I'm moving my current mail to Gmail. They provide the mail service without ads and no monthly fees. You will lose more cutomers

  11. Enable screen rotation within the AOL app for Android

    Although auto-rotate is enabled in all of our Android devices (Samsung tablets and phones running Android 7 through 13), the AOL app will not rotate. This is a problem because many emails (like some from Amazon) display as long lines of too-small-to-read text. Please fix this to enable rotation.

  13. Add margins to printed emails so they don't get cut off by the printer.

    Most printers cannot start printing at the edge of the page. Please add margins to printed emails so the text doesn't get cut off.

  14. need an option to either delete all news stories or just those that you're not interested in

    I don't want to open the app and immediately get the news headlines. you should get your emails first, with the news on a separate page, if you want to read them.

  15. I would like the news app updated daily and throughout the day. There is not reason to be seeing article's from last month and older.

    Update the news more often and add breaking news as well.

  16. Give me my folders! I either file an email or trash it when I'm done. You are only showing me about 50% of my folders!! I need all!
