  2. Since last update, when using mail on Android phone, the predictive text line is no longer available. Why?

  3. allow us to delete drafts

    there is no way to delete a draft. I have more than a half dozen and I do NOT want them.

  4. When deleting emails on phone, Andriod, it should delete on PC

    This is basic - why should we have to log out every time, its simply not good enough.

  5. AOL app keeps putting unwanted files and ringtones on my phone and it keeps downloading it after I delete it.

    my phone is getting getting violated by AOL app by forcing ringtones and files in document format.

  6. Add margins to printed emails so they don't get cut off by the printer.

    Most printers cannot start printing at the edge of the page. Please add margins to printed emails so the text doesn't get cut off.

  7. I'm moving my current mail to Gmail. They provide the mail service without ads and no monthly fees. You will lose more cutomers

  8. need an option to either delete all news stories or just those that you're not interested in

    I don't want to open the app and immediately get the news headlines. you should get your emails first, with the news on a separate page, if you want to read them.

  11. Add setting for disabling Top Stories. I do not want to see it but I need notifications for email!

    There should be a setting to disable Top stories. I use this as a mail app and do not wish to see the news with it

  12. Allow stories in News to be resizeable and to be able to click on pictures to expand.

    I also want yo be able to orient the direction of my phone and have the story I'm ready re-orient itself too.

    Hi there. Please make sure you have the latest update to the UI, One UI 5.1. You can go to your device's settings, tap on ''Software update'' to see if this update is available for you. If it's not, please try again later. Additionally, if you do have this version, please check to have the latest keyboard 5.6.10.25. Settings>General management>Keyboard list and default>Samsung Keyboard>About Samsung Keyboard (bottom of page)>Update.

  18. Fix auto-rotate. This only works in portrait mode.
