  3. Amazon is worse than Google today. If, for example, you ask to see men's pants Amazon shows you women's underwear ... from China, no less.

  5. Please revert back to emails being received separately not in a chain, very hard to keep track this way and an email can easily be missed!

  6. Please provide more robust email search/filter options, like Outlook. This feature is currently very limited in AOL web and AOL app

  7. allow email to be 'home page' not "news"

    allow me to set my email as my home page in your app. I will check the news when I want to check the news but, you are first and foremost an email service provider, so please provide the service we 'employ' you to provide and relegate the actions you get back handers for to voluntary use.

  9. Again! You modify or change how your app or website work with NO notice, NO tutorial, NO link, NO FAQ!

    Respect your customers; ask for input before full implementation, provide notice and a link to test and / or find solutions to issues that may arise!

    your app is no good for email if you can't have a sound when the email is sending and sent and when you receive them repeating notification sounds or alarms

  12. Fix your mark as unread problems

    cannot mark an email as unread after replying to it have to chase it to Old mail and then Mark as unread and go back to new mail

  14. When deleting emails they show up again later and emails that aren't there pop up after I think I've cleared out the previous days emails.

    Daily I delete my emails. Later on that day they show back up again. Days prior I delete emails and more appear and I have to delete those too.

  20. Report ALL news.

    Why are all your customers being given a liberal commentary in place of news?
    Hasn't your ilk been humiliated enough? I will never again trust news outlets such as yourself.
