  5. You need to balance the newsfeed. It's very obvious it's biased towards Democrats. I love my aol, but get turn-off when I see it

  6. Stop showing all the negative news about Trump and only showing positive for Kamala. I know for a fact that some are false.

    Be more fair and truthful with your news articles that you show. It is apparent that you favor all positive for Kamala while betraying only HALF the truths about Trump. It is insulting. I have been with AOL for a long time. I am thinking about cancelling and starting a new email service. It is sickening how biased you all are. BE FAIR.

  7. Why Am I Blocked?

  9. STOP asking for my phone number when I sign in.

    If my account is hacked and they get your stupid question you will not know the difference of what number is put in. I could or anyone put in any number which makes no difference. Stop using phone numbers.

  10. What has happened o the Comments Box on the articles ? Isn' it time you got it fixed ?

    There is no point inreading the AOL News articles if we can't make comments. MY comments have beenn mssing for over a week now and I have cleared the cache and cookie boxes to no avail I think it is time I moved to a new service.

    AOL Mail website todays in Aol Election 2024 tab getting an error when opening an article "www.aol.com refused to connect." and being blocked. Only Election 2024 tabs are being blocked. Having this issue for awhile already.

  16. Generated App Passwords are critical in today's world. You need TO FIX THIS NOW

    Account info from desktop brings you to a dead error page, rather than the options it's supposed, including but not limited to "generate a app password." I have just lost countless decades of critical information on an app that was using my aol login, but now requires an app password be generated, which is ONLY FOUND under account info and your account info section has an error for many months and AOL is ignoring this, it must be fixed, it's hurting people's lives and functionality.

  17. Account Info is not working but instead giving error messages NEED ACCESS TO ACCT INFO!
