    I pay AOL, not IOLO so if those 2 companies can't solve a problem, why am I the one left to pursue a solution. Somewhere in the AOL hierarchy there is a person or department interested in resolving an AOL customer's problem.

    I should not have to hunt around your web site to view my paid subscription information. There should be an easy to find button option on the main page after logging in.

    Stop sending free fake benefits e-mails, now i have to dipute the transaction with my bank. You said free benefits and I clicked it only to charged $10.71 for getting nothing in return... I only pay =$5.59 for AOL and nothing more. Free means free not charge for everthing.

    I am sick and tired of all of the AOL garbage, extra things I don't want to buy, forcing me to change a password when I either do not want to or am not in a good place to do so. I used to like AOL, BUT IT HAS BECOME NOTHING BUT A SCAM MARKETER. I THINK I AM GOING TO DROP MY PAID-FOR SERVICES AND JUST GO WITH FREE AOL.     WHY is it that ALWAYS when I get message about available benefits, Example: say's I'm using 52% of my benefits, THEN ALWAYS WHEN I OPEN ONE TO ADD, comes up BENIFITS FULL or something like that, reading other comments I understand and agree with most, I have been a AOL customer for over 20 years, sadly----------

  18. TO Get more help and make it easy when having aol problems.

    you can never get any help when you are having aol problem.
    I don't have an easy access to chat online to let them know what the problem is. Its so annoying and Im a paying customer.
    and Im not happy at all with this service. I have a problem every time Im trying to delete email I get this coming up: This Request is not allowed, Code: EP 4010. Does anyone know what does this means?
