  4. What is the point of getting $50 off restruant bill when the closest one is 20 miles away??? I want a meal not an adventure

  5. Do your job. You did nothing to fix my computer and charged me.

    Train your technicians on the phone or chat how to solve the problems we have. Period was NO HELP AT ALL. Please cancel this membership and refund immediately. BOTH CHARGES

  6. better communication between AOL and your supplier, IOLO why am I being told to call IOLO

    I pay AOL, not IOLO so if those 2 companies can't solve a problem, why am I the one left to pursue a solution. Somewhere in the AOL hierarchy there is a person or department interested in resolving an AOL customer's problem.

  7. Make Subscription information available to view

    I should not have to hunt around your web site to view my paid subscription information. There should be an easy to find button option on the main page after logging in.

  8. All AOL has to do is LISTEN when contacted!

    I contacted AOL last month to change plans. They did NOT change the plan and biledl again for another month of what I don't want. Bait and switch much? And I can't change my plan online. So now what? Have to talk to another person who doesn't know how to do their job?

    STOP HANGING UP THE PHONE WITHOUT CONNECTING TO ANYONE AND LET ME CHANGE MY PLAN WITHOUT CANCELLING ENTIRELY. THIS IS SO STUPID IT IS UNBELIEVABLE!

    I already pay $8 a month for AOL and I think it's WRONG and GREEDY that you want more money so I can close the ad box. I have looked at the incessant ads for 30 YEARS now and don't care! I want my free/cheap AOL back!

  12. Stop auto spams using MailGun SPAM program

    Stop auto spams using MailGun. This program is spamming some legitimate important emails that takes me months to get my emails working. I did NOT click on SPAM for emails from USPS however twice in the last year they mysteriously stopped. USPS IT team said it was because of the MailGun program that AOL uses. Please find a better package that does not spam my important emails.

    Hi - I've been a paying member since the 1990's. IMO, you are giving Trump way too much free airtime whether it be good or bad. I'm sick and tired of seeing all of the drama-infused news being reported by AOL. Please trim down the political news and report facts only. I'm truly thinking of canceling my PAID subscription because you are filling up the news with WAY TOO MUCH political news.

What benefits for paid subscription when you can't even get decent email (like the free programs). You need to re-evaluate your business objectives

  20. Is it your idea to send me so damned many junk mails daily in order to drive me into purchase of your anti-spam program???

    Is it your (AOL's) campaign to flood my spam file with so many daily worthless emails to drive me to purchase at $9.99 a month program to eliminate them? Isn't that an abuse of my membership?
