   Stop sending free fake benefits e-mails, now i have to dipute the transaction with my bank. You said free benefits and I clicked it only to charged $10.71 for getting nothing in return... I only pay =$5.59 for AOL and nothing more. Free means free not charge for everthing.

   I am sick and tired of all of the AOL garbage, extra things I don't want to buy, forcing me to change a password when I either do not want to or am not in a good place to do so. I used to like AOL, BUT IT HAS BECOME NOTHING BUT A SCAM MARKETER. I THINK I AM GOING TO DROP MY PAID-FOR SERVICES AND JUST GO WITH FREE AOL. AFTER ALL, YOU DON'T LET ME INTO MY EMAIL WITHOUT FORCING ME TO CHANGE A PASSWORD I DON'T WANT TO CHANGE, YOUR TECH SUPPORT REALLY SUCKS, ETC. YOU HAVE NOW TOTALLY SCREWED UP WHAT USED TO BE A DECENT EMAIL SITE, BUT IT IS SO BAD RIGHT NOW THAT I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING THAT IS NOT ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY TO ACCESS MY EMAIL, ON THE RARE OCCASIONS WHEN YOU DO FINALLY COERCE ME INTO DOING SOMETHING THAT I DO NOT WANT TO DO, JUST TO READ MY OWN EMAIL.

   WHY is it that ALWAYS when I get message about available benefits, Example: say's I'm using 52% of my benefits, THEN ALWAYS WHEN I OPEN ONE TO ADD, comes up BENIFITS FULL or something like that, reading other comments I understand and agree with most, I have been a AOL customer for over 20 years, sadly----------

    you can never get any help when you are having aol problem.
    I don't have an easy access to chat online to let them know what the problem is. Its so annoying and Im a paying customer.
    and Im not happy at all with this service. I have a problem every time Im trying to delete email I get this coming up: This Request is not allowed, Code: EP 4010. Does anyone know what does this means?

    Real humans to deal with benefits subscription cancellations. All I get is AI which gives me the same solutions that don't work. Everything should be done online without waiting on a phone call to finally talk to someone.
