My computer shows all my email folders in alphabetical order. On my iOS devices, there is a "Saved" folder with other sub folders in Alphabetical order. I would like the folders on my iOS devices to appear the same way they do on the computer without the "saved" sub folder.

When I delete a message from the AOL app on my phone, it no longer deletes from AOL mail on my desktop. This is a major inconvenience.
Sync the program with the phone app.

Composing email starts in English then changes language.
Why does a new email start typing in English then change to something that looks like Russian or Turkish? I can't find an email setting in AOL to force it to write in English.

Spacing Issues & Forced Grouping by Date
Is "ANYONE LISTENING." This horrible, ridiculous, visually painful, dumbed down version of AOL (and I've used AOL mail, various email addresses for various purposes for nearing 30 years, so I'm NOT happy, I was loyal, now I feel forced to leave AOL) - is GROUPING our inbox (possibly other folders as well, honestly it's too visually painful and mind spinning to look at it to check) into time/day/week/month. I LIKE THE ALPHABETICAL SORT FEATURE, BUT IT ALSO NEEDS TO LET YOU START AT "Z". I LIKE TO START AT "A" AND GO HALFWAY, THEN START AT "Z" AND GO BACK THE OTHER WAY. SEEMS FASTER WHEN DELETING SPAM.

hate this new format
hate this new format, every week i send out a group bible study email, what use to take less than 5 minutes by copy and paste now takes 30-45 minutes, this is driving me crazy!

I want to delete all matching a search criteria at one time, not screen by screen.
There are messages I receive daily and want to purge all of at intervals. I used to be able to search by sender and delete all. Now I am limited to delete one display (25 or 50) at a time. It's hard to delete multiple years of daily messages this way.

"Suspicious message" message
Change this -- to give the option to say the message is "okay" because the "Take Action" tab is not at all useful since it does not provide the option to verify that the message is okay. Thanks,

Printing order online with NEW AOL
GIVE A CHOICE TO STAY OUT OF THE "NEW EMAIL"!!
When printing an order online, I cannot get the whole sheet to print becuz
the right side New Mail, Read Mail, etc shows. So I get only half the

I do not like that AOL seemingly can change the layout without my permission. Am I correct that this is true? I like what I like, quit!
So, along with the annoying China based advertising, quit changing the layout format. Now the annoying ad's take up the top of the page each time I open up my email. So freaking annoying. Please stop. And no, I do not want to pay for "ad free" thank you very much.

The new email format is AWFUL. It doesn't leave enough space to respond to emails. You have to go way down the page to answer and It's hard to find the area where you can send a reply. Whoever designed this new format did a disservice to AOL users. If it's weren't such a hassle to change to another server I'd leave AOL. Its email is terrible. I don't know why you even changed it in the 1st place. It is very user unfriendly.

2 step verification
I had an awful experience when my phone was lost at the weekend, and I tried to login to my account on a friend's phone to find some contact numbers of people from their email. I was asked for a code which was sent to my secondary AOL EMAIL Account, only that when I tried to find that code I was asked to insert the code for THAT EMAIL ADDRESS to my MAIN EMAIL ADDRESS!!! This is quite ridiculous. It seems if you do not have your phone and your secondary email address is also with AOL, you are locked…
