AOL sign-in not working
AOL needs programmers, not coders, to debug the sign-in when one's notification account is at Yahoo. Got a dead lock. If you don't know what that is asked a member of the staff that "programmed" Tandem computers. Also check with an old timer that has a Netscape account that now requires AOL.
Some staff members must be eating the cookies, instead of maintaining them.

INCREASE THE SIZE OF ATTACHMENTS
increasing the size of attachments is essential, 25 MB like the old AOL is not much.The size should be increased between 75-100 MB

I Hate Sign In Code
I hate having to get a new sign in code. This time I had to ask for it to be resent 3 times, then tried another method. I really hate this. It just wastes my time.
AOL used to be the best email format. Now I am using Comcast more and more. I don't like the new look and I don't like having to get a sign in code.

Tighten junk/spam settings.
Ever since AOL switched to the new format, I have been inundated junk/spam mail. My settings are up-to-date & current, so WHY is this happening?

Please revert back to old classic email
This new email is so awful & confusing. When responding to an email the sender's email gets in the way. While we need change, that is not one of things that need changing.

Clicking on multiple emails requires too much precision.
I tend to select multiple emails for some action or another (typically deletion). The new mail is so fussy that if I don't push EXACTLY in the square, it opens the email and loses all the checkmarks I've already made. I'm not infirm. It's too fussy. And I hate it.

Change it back!
You cannot make your version better. It is a mess. The old version is much more superior than this new one. Listen to your customers and put it back the way it was. People do not need any more stress in their life and this is causing everyone stress.

Have more options for AOL Support Help. I don't use Twitter or Facebook. I should be able to get all the help I need through the AOL website. You are offering Help that limits who can access it.
