  1. need to have the ability to change the size of the words

    I need to be able to change the size of the letters/words so that I can read my emails. I have to print all my pages because I can't' see what it says. In settings thee is a place for it but I moved the button and it did absolutely nothing. There should be sizes there so that you can adjust the size easily.

  2. stop erasing additions to draft, mistaking as already sent

    try adding to email draft, but system erases, notes already sent. NOT sent. Suspect system mistakes reference recent other emails to same destination, same topic. Need fix problem with AOL email system.

  5. The new version is very very bad.It make things you never order to do! Please go back to the old version!!

    It automatically marks emails as readed, although I never order to do that. When you mark it as new, it does not appear at once and I wonder, is it gone forever? After a while it appears suddenly...
    That is not the way I want to handle important emails!!!

  7. Customer Service Tech is non existant unless you pay...

    I just called for technical support and after what I thought was a great conversation with this customer service representative, she then proceeded to tell me the only way she could help me was with getting a paid service. I cant believe that. Im having a problem that is on AOL and I have to pay to have it rectified?! I've been using AOL for 20+ years and I've been adamant about staying with them but now I'll be leaving. This is a shame.

  10. Printing Options

    You cannot print an individual email from AOL mail when it is part of a thread. The other emails encroach on the page you are trying to print. After seeking AOL advice, I was told to make a PDF and edit!!! Not good and wasting my time. Can you look into issue.

  11. Search function is close to useless

    With classic aol I could find everything - search pulled up mails with a few words or person’s name. Now, if I don’t remember the email address, the exact name or the exact subject of an email I have received, I can’t find it. Have searched for emails I received or sent only 2 days ago and can easily spend more than 30 minutes trying to figure out which words will pull up the email. Sometimes I search using the name of a person I just wrote to and it does NOT show up. I have so many emails that…

  12. You dinigreated what was a very good product. The originator of this idea for change is out of touch with the user's needs.

    I have used AOL for over 20 years, however, I hate the latest reiteration, and I am looking to change to another email service unless you can mitigate the current issues.

  13. Compose vs Send

    These two buttons should have different colors. For me, at least, it's easy to mix the two up, and having Send on the bottom of the email screen is counterintuitive.

  14. Bias in your e-mail filters

    For years I have received daily e-mails from a Catholic organization. Lately, each e-mail has a banner asking if this message is safe. Is this due to some sort of bias on your part? Each time, I mark it as safe, and the very next day, same thing. Yet, you often miss obvious spam that I have to mark and delete.

  17. Preloading unread newmail

    Why the **** do you keep loading subsequent UNREAD new emails for viewing when I have not selected it to be read. Leave it as is (NEWMAIL) until it is selected to be read. I am sick of having to go back and mark 'UNREAD" to preserve the NEW status
