More poor corporate decisions
The new mail system is a POS. It's slower, poorly organized, and it's an example of people making poor decisions. Add off-shore programming and you have a sure-fire garbage system. Bring back the old system. It was quicker, organized, and user friendly.

Improve customer service, less greedy for fees. Find internal bugs
AOL tech support phone system is not sensitive to respond. Some time I need to repeat multiple times to get through. I had a bad experience with your technician, had difficulties to get through, when I put number 1 in the survey, it automatically changed to 4. Some people designed a software to cheat the AOL administration. AOL service is deteriorating, Greedy for fees but not to improve quality. One tech hanged up my phone call. An investigation is needed to find this bug. Please learn how Gmail is doing, to find why you are left behind.

Although it is possible that my problems with my aol email are primarily due to the age of my computer, it is not by complete coincidence that I had no problems before you changed your email a few months back, and I have had many ongoing problems ever since - and ONLY on AOL email. There must be SOMETHING you can do to remedy the situation, and I, a customer of yours since the 90's, would appreciate knowing that you actually gave this your true consideration at the HIGHEST LEVELS. I want my old email screens back!! Also when asked if I wanted your $6.99 a month serice I said NO and you keep charging me!! I hate aol!!

Please give us back our big Emogis. The tiny ones are almost useless and cannot be enlarged like the real AOL ones.

Change it back to the old system
This new system is Terrible, Nothing like the old one, not really usable. Adverts driver you insane. We now have Giagaclear cabling in our lane, so am going to change - It's also cheaper and faster. So Good by AOL

Easy option so when log in, automatically opens to email instead of calendar or news.
