My AOL is terribly expensive and my inbox is loaded with junk! What am I paying so much for? Can I get a free version of AOL?

forwarded mails
Hallo.

I want to delete all matching a search criteria at one time, not screen by screen.
There are messages I receive daily and want to purge all of at intervals. I used to be able to search by sender and delete all. Now I am limited to delete one display (25 or 50) at a time. It's hard to delete multiple years of daily messages this way.

"Suspicious message" message
Change this -- to give the option to say the message is "okay" because the "Take Action" tab is not at all useful since it does not provide the option to verify that the message is okay. Thanks,
This message seems suspicious...
It could be from a legitimate sender, but there’s a chance it’s an attempt by a hacker to gain access to your system. Tap below to see a list of actions you can take.643rd ranked -

Absolutely no reason to require an extra click to choose where an attachment comes from, no one ever attaches files "from a recent email"
In decades of using AOL Mail, I have never ever attached a file 'from a recent email'. There is zero reason to make this an extra step, extra click when adding an attachment. Make this a setting you can turn off for the large percentage of us that don't ever do this.

Color code
Any chance we could be able to add different colors/highlights permanently to specific email lines?
For example: be able to Color code specific emails to help Identify them (their importance) as a group if needed? Or another way to state: by using different colors we could highlight the importance of individual emails and therefore group them accordingly. That would be wonderful! Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter! Greatly appreciated! Food for thought.

the search function on the new email format misses many emails. If I switch to the "basic" format it works much better

Would you PLEASE get rid of the "TRY AOL FOR FREE" banner.
Would you PLEASE get rid of the "TRY AOL MAIL FOR FREE" banner. When it is up, you can't get to the mail page. You have to keep going back to the home page and try mail again, sometimes 3/4 times. I have had AOL mail since around 1995.

ADD DELETE CONTACTS
Deleting cached emails is impossible. Editing the contacts to remove is an overbearing process of click after click. I have a quarter of a century of emails, most of which I don't want in my contacts. Can you add a check box next to each for rapid selection and deletion? Anything would be better than the way it is now.

The box which appears on the right showing the name of a contact cannot be shrunk. I don't even want the name of the contact.
Allow an option for shrinking or removing the name of the contact on the right side of the e mail frame.
