  2. Support 3rd party email apps

    Support 3rd party email programs. We have been a long time user of AOL email, but now must leave, because you do not now support 3rd part email programs. We have multiple email providers and need to look at all our email in one central location. Since you do. not do that and others do, we must leave your service and transfer all our stuff to our other email provider.

    Stop changing the layout of the inbox!!!
    It looked fine the way it was and when you selected an item to move or delete it didn't automatically open an unread email. These constant "layout updates" are terrible and unhelpful

    How can the Related Contacts Pop Up windows be disabled? They are very disruptive and not at all helpful. Please advise. Thank you.

  8. Show the full email address in new mail to be able to identify spam before opening

    Show the full email address in new mail to be able to identify spam before opening. Currently, we do not see enough of the email address to determine if it is legitimate or spam email. This seems like a “no brainer” but, yet, AOL has not figured it out yet. At least with the old AOL mail, we were able to adjust heading widths to our liking. That feature is gone! Why?

  10. An alert when a specific sender emails me

    I only check my emails once or twice a day, but sometimes I get a rare important message that needs to be answered immediately. Can you have a feature that for specific important selected senders, I can get a text or a push notification on my phone if they message me? Thanks!

    The new format is confusing when replying to a message a 2nd or subsequent time. Do NOT like the new email, want to revert to Classic email.

  14. This new format is horrible. Everything is off. Please go back to old format. Why did you even change it?

    Go back old format. If I wasn't so old, I'd change server. It just works badly. Please go back to the old way. Why did you change something that worked!! to a nonworking thing?

  18. Your changes make it impossible to scan my emails and know who sent them. Need much more room for content and less borders!

    All other dislikes aside, one cannot scan the email list and determine who the sender is. Terrible.
