Allow for scheduling the sending of new emails in the future
would like the ability to send emails, to be delivered at a future date and time of my choice. Currently I have to go to leave AOL Mail and do this in Apple mail where it is available and a great tool.

How to read two emails on same screen???
Sometimes you need to have two emails (or more) on screen to sort out something. Seems the layering of emails is with AOL Gold older versions. (it's been at least 1-2 yrs)
Is there a setting for this? Can't locate it. Thanks.642nd ranked -
colors
COLORS suck!! So many people have commented about this. Why haven't you done something??? Please improve the colors by offering standard normal deep colors.

pg down/pg up buttons
Please let the "Page Down" and "Page Up" buttons refer to the e-mail I am currently reading, not to the list of e-mails. But if it has to be in the list of e-mails for some people, don't add it to a never-ending list of features. This is because one fewer feature is worth more than convenience. Nice talking to you. 10/12/23 ARRGH! GRRR! AOL says I can now customize default settings in Writing Email. INSTRUCTIONS R WORTHLESS
OMG AOL! Get it together! You emailed me that I can now customize default settings for writng emails - Well the instructions given are WORTHLESS! The preview is for Signature only which I don't ever use anyway. I see no change whatsoever in the body of the email. THAT'S what I want customized default settings for!

can't get to inbox with one click
Glitch AGAIN! I can't just click on my inbox to get mail - I get an error message. After the error message, I have to click the inbox and it will take me to my mail. This periodically happens. Very frustrating. AOL is no longer the same.

Show attachments at the top as before. Also unread emails are disappearing by itself into old mail folder. Fix this.
Unread emails are being put into old mail folder after a few days. Why is this? Please fix this problem. Also I do not like attachments showing up at the bottom of the email. I want them at the top as it used to be. If the email has long threads, I have to scroll down all the way to the bottom to verify attachment. This is just plain stupid. Please fix this as well.

Please FIX the black side bar in emails. I CAN`T scroll down to read important content because the black bar disappears or turn everything
Please fix the black side bar to stay visible in my emails. It disappears and I cannot scroll down to read important information in my emails. This has been a terrible change in AOL mail. Aren`t you listening?????

Idea Page
Please consider adding dates to the topic-date created; date of the last comment and date of the last AOL response. It doesn't make sense to open each one individually to find something that may relevant today. Especially when there are several Ideas submitted for the same topic. Opening each one for basic information isn't helpful.642nd ranked -
Filters
Please provide an option to Run the Filters once created. I've created rules but don't know when they will actually activate so I'm batching up the e-mails already in the In-box and taking the action I've created the filter to accomplish. I believe this feature existed in previous versions and may have been removed at some point.

Only mark read if I have opened it not if the cursor lands on it
Stop making an email read just because the cursor lands on it. There are emails I want to take the time to read and I can't because the cursor lands on it and automatically makes it "read" and it vanishes. Now I can't even remember who it was from because I didn't notice. I used to have about a dozen emails I wanted to deal with later and now I have 3. I hate this!!!

New random issue: Randomly, Enter and Backspace don't work
Browser version of AOL: Randomly, I sometimes can't type in my e-mail replies, then typing works again but hitting Enter doesn't. Then it effects the Backspace button.
It's bad enough that windows don't open separately anymore, forcing us to lose a LOT of real estate when writing e-mails, but now -- as of last week -- just randomly these things will just stop working Enter doesn't work. Backspace only works if I type NEW text (not if I place the cursor near EXISTING text). I have to RELOAD the page to make it stop. This happens randomly in Replies only…
