I stayed with AOL for years because it was different and personal. Shopping for a new one now.
This looks like google, completely impersonal. The links do not work and spellcheck is gone. So am I.

The text is too small, even with the large text enabled.
You should have an option to zoom to the size text that is most comfortable for you.

This new format is horrible. Everything is off. Please go back to old format. Why did you even change it?
Go back old format. If I wasn't so old, I'd change server. It just works badly. Please go back to the old way. Why did you change something that worked!! to a nonworking thing?

WHERE ARE THE HOLIDAY THEMES?
What happened to all the holiday themes??? Please bring them back. It at least made my day a little more festive.

Sign in Screen change needs to be like it was
On the sign in screen, I prefer that you would have left in the button to preview the password screen as to check the password before signing in . If I miss spell the password 3 times, then I am blocked out and have to go through a complicated procedure to be able to again sign in.

Search button
The search button doesn't work for searching for subjects. It just gives you one option. So search brings up every and any word that sounds the same whether in the email name or subject or even in the body of email that is similar so you have to sort through hundreds. AOL WHY DID YOU DO THIS. WHY DID YOU MESS UP AN EMAIL PLATFORM THAT YOU HAD MANY USERS THAT LOVED NOW IT'S HATED.

Everything is too SLOW
WHY does this forced upon us horrific, loss of functionally, added unwanted functionality, take a "updating bar" and time consuming about of time just to delete your deleted folder? THE NORMAL AOL VS. WE ALL LOVED AND STAYED LOYAL TO SINCE THE BEGINNING OF AOL, HAD ONE CLICK ON DELETE, AND POOF IT WAS GONE. Now? Now you click delete, see a bar as it's processing, and it takes multiple seconds to complete the task. I want to suggest to give us option to adjust the left panel and the option to adjust the sender nam/subjet/date/preview of the email on the new aol mail

slow
It is sooo slow. Trying to go through mail quickly and also to delete and move on takes forever. I'm wasting my time here. Other sites on my laptop are fine so it is within aol mail. Help!

Put back ability to use outlook or other 3rd party mail apps. this means either disable the secondary password generator or get it working again

This is the error message. https://mail.aol.com/d/today?reason=invalid_cred
Hopefully AOL has not been data breached. Never had an issue from AOL until recently. I hope the problem is resolved because I relied on AOL mail because of the added security. Now, we loyal users don't have that same confidence in new data inactivity and simple corrective messages such as "invalid credentials"

Ads intrude so that I can't read text. PLEASE help fix this problem.
My idea is that AOL get rid of the intrusive ads that cover up text I'm reading! I have the Ad-FREE SUBSCRIPTION.
