Ban Audio Ads
Every time I open my email at AOL-- which is perhaps a hundreds times a day-- I am now being forced to listen to an audio of an ad-- the same ad each time- which cannot be located nor turned off and wasn't clicked on. This is extremely annoying. Please stop this immediately.

Bring back old email format
Your email format is totally illogical. Replying method is absurd, Did you fire the guy who did this yet?Did you fire the guy who allowed him to do it? Reinstate the old format.

Show the number of messages in the spam folder
Show us the number of how many spam messages are in the spam folder, just as you do in the inbox. We used to know if we had spam. Now the spam folder always looks empty. But too much is going in there, and we don't always know we need to check.

I can't just print an attachment anymore, I have to use space on my hard drive. I HATE AOL!!

Automatically forward
Forwarding email messages from one AOL account to another AOL account automatically. I have two AOL accounts. One is used for personal, and the other I use as the Treasurer for a non profit. This service is offered by many other (FREE) providers. It is a pain to have to switch between accounts and very frustrating when the technology is available. I could care less about the updated "new Look". Give me something I can use... I'm paying for it!

Email used to go directly to "Old" file once I read it.
In the old version of AOL, once I opened and read an email it went directly to the "Old Mail" file when I closed it out. Now the email stays active in the "New Mail" file and I have to physically delete it. Am I missing some sort of setting to get it to automatically go to the old mail folder?

The new font in AOL Mail is very difficult to read.
I went to my AOL mailbox today on a web browser and found that AOL has changed the font for the entire mailbox display to something that is very light, wispy and with serif. It is very hard to read. Yes, I could make it bigger, but the design of this font has poor legibility. It looks like something printed with insufficient ink. Please bring back the old font.

Your new email look, especially with the ads are horrible. If I wanted a Gmail look I would have kept my gmail. Please revert to classic.

old email version
This new email version sucks. Instead of one small column on the left with files, and the rest being email, it switched to 3 wide columns, and today a 4th. My email list is about 2" wide. THIS IS HORRIBLE!!! I'd opened a GMail account years ago but don't use it. If this isn't fixed soon I'm just moving over to Gmail. This is too hard to read, and the useless other columns/boxes just make it hard to read my inbox, and to type emails - it's just a really bad choice that needs to be re-thunk. I've don't lots…

Everything is too SLOW
WHY does this forced upon us horrific, loss of functionally, added unwanted functionality, take a "updating bar" and time consuming about of time just to delete your deleted folder? THE NORMAL AOL VS. WE ALL LOVED AND STAYED LOYAL TO SINCE THE BEGINNING OF AOL, HAD ONE CLICK ON DELETE, AND POOF IT WAS GONE. Now? Now you click delete, see a bar as it's processing, and it takes multiple seconds to complete the task. I stayed with AOL for years because it was different and personal. Shopping for a new one now.
This looks like google, completely impersonal. The links do not work and spellcheck is gone. So am I.

I want to suggest to give us option to adjust the left panel and the option to adjust the sender nam/subjet/date/preview of the email on the new aol mail

slow
It is sooo slow. Trying to go through mail quickly and also to delete and move on takes forever. I'm wasting my time here. Other sites on my laptop are fine so it is within aol mail. Help!

Put back ability to use outlook or other 3rd party mail apps. this means either disable the secondary password generator or get it working again

want to be able to reply to an email with reply and reply all text not only the icon on the bottom
want to be able to reply to an email and see the reply, reply all and forward text not only the icon on the bottom of the new AOL webmail, like the one on the basic mail
