AOL's new Search failure -
when doing a SEARCH, AOL no longer searches the TRASH or SPAM folders. WHY NOT ????? The folders are still e-mail. or else give an option to search these

Can't use carriage return/line feed when composing email
When I write a new email it won't let me to hit return to start new paragraphs. If I create the email in notepad and copy/paste it into the email it works but that is a royal pain in the neck and just is not acceptable. You want everyone to quit using AOL email? That's the way to do it.

carriage return
Carriage return will not work in email. Can't separate out lines in email. Can't add a contact (because it requires a carriage return). It does work on rare occasions, but this is a serious glitch that makes using the system very difficult. It truly seems like AOL is trying to LOSE customers.

Filter Arrows
Filter Arrows (up and down) should on the left or the right side of the pane so we can see the filters moving up or down so we can easily see where to stop it!

Why Am I Being Forced To See A Grouped Email Inbox?
WHY am I only allowed to view my inbox in a grouped by day, week and month view? I just want one list, able to be sorted by newest on top, NO grouping, NO separations by time, day, week or month. I genuinely, literally CANNOT READ MY INBOX in this type of format and there is NO option to see it the way it had always beautifully been before Yahoo, an Awful email provided, took things over. I need to open email in separate page. I often need more than one email open and still search inbox for more emails
open each email in page separate from inbox and still have access to inbox and other emails opened to compare data from the multiple sources of separate individual emails when necessary

When I delete an email from the notification on the lock screen of my iPhone, that email does not delete from my aol inbox
Deleting an email from the notification on an iPhone or in the iPhone app should delete that email completely from my aol inbox

Webmail Themes
AOL,
Can you please add a few more email themes, even just a small number? A few more solid colors, and maybe a few holidays like Christmas, Halloween, and Easter? Or port over the graphics and borrow some of the existing classic mail themes? They copied the themes over when they created the 2012 mail interface (what we are now calling classic mail)
I am going to miss the fun themes if/when the classic webmail goes away.

Allow an email attachment to be opened without downloading it
In previous versions, one could open an attachment without having to download and save it. Please return that feature. If one wants to download and save an attachment, that should be a choice, not a default.

Move or eliminate banner with 5 icons
There is a banner with 5 icons, Contacts, Calendar, Notepad, Questions, Settings. How do I move or eliminate the banner & icons. The purpose is to free up the space to the right of the email in-tray of incoming emails and provide a wider view of the emails to manage more easily.

stop putting Informed Delivery in SPAM, now I don't receive it at all after marking NOT SPAM
STOP marking Informed Delivery as SPAM. I marked it 'NOT SPAM' and a week after reporting to you and Postmaster, I still am not receiving any Informed Delivery in my emails. Second time you did this. This is your problem, not USPS!
