  1. need the old format back. New format has too much wasted space to the right of the text. I have to click away the wasted space for each mess

  4. Once I hit send the email goes back to some random spot way down in my email instead of the top where I was working from. Very frustrating.

    This new platform stinks. I am going to continue to put negative comments until you revert to the way it was before.

  5. Dashboard security is not working

    I have opted out of the sale and sharing of my information in 2020 via the AOL/Yahoo dashboard. Upon checking frequently, I see that Yahoo/AOL has changed my options, without my consent or approval, to allow the sharing and selling of my information. I have contacted Yahoo numerous times about this, and it still hasn't been fixed. I opted OUT of all sharing and selling of my information in 2020, and yet the site keeps changing it back to allow. Not acceptable. I want all of your vendors to abide by the options I elected, which is NOT TO SELL…

  6. insert a line across the page

    Add the capability to insert a line across the page between any text line.
    This was available in the old version. Very useful!

    Allow the user to reposition function buttons on the page!

    Add a print button to the function area!

  10. Vulgar emails

    Allow subscribers to add more than 1000 blocked addresses to their blocked list (unless you are going to screen the highly inappropriate and vulgar messages that get through). I already pay for "less ads" but was told (Case# 21539778) that in order to get more in my blocked list it would cost an additional $39.99/month. PLEASE GET RID OF SEXUAL EMAILS, SCAMS AND BAD ACTORS. You are not doing enough at all.

    Not improving it would be just fine with me. I have to chose between a font I can't read and one that takes up half the screen. Just leave it alone!!!!

  14. e-mail help.

    this new system sucks. i can't get onot my e-mails without hitting a button that says mail, and when i do it tells me the page is not available. i then have to hit another button and then finally get to my e-mails. i tried going to the help site and asking why and they didn't do anything. just kept giving me the run around with things that don't pertain to my problem.

  17. Search mail function

    What happened to the search function? I used to get a list of my emails that contained a keyword. Now keywords MIGHT be highlighted, and I have to scroll through months of emails to retrieve what is pertinent. FIX THIS, your new design is NOT an improvement.

  19. When I reply/forward to respond to an email, I used to be able to click Back after sending the response to return to the original message.

  20. EVERYTHING is too Slow

    WHY does this forced upon us horrific, loss of functionally, added unwanted functionality, take a "updating bar" and time consuming about of time just to delete your deleted folder? THE NORMAL AOL VS. WE ALL LOVED AND STAYED LOYAL TO SINCE THE BEGINNING OF AOL, HAD ONE CLICK ON DELETE, AND POOF IT WAS GONE. Now? Now you click delete, see a bar as it's processing, and it takes multiple seconds to complete the task. YOU DESTROYED AOL and no one, including Yahoo users, wants Yahoo looking, feeling or acting like email? Care to response w/out marking it responded and…
