blocked addresses
Blocked addresses are listed alphabetically, that means that old addresses and new addresses are mixed together in one list. With a maximum of 1000 addresses, when I delete say 100 addresses to make room for more new ones, I also delete current addresses that are currently filling my inbox. Please allow AOL users to sort the blocked addresses alphabetically AND by date. This will allow AOL users to keep the most recent blocked addresses while reducing the blocked address total below the 1000 maximum. Ads intrude so that I can't read text. PLEASE help fix this problem.

Font
Not improving it would be just fine with me. I have to chose between a font I can't read and one that takes up half the screen. Just leave it alone!!!!

Today On Aol
I used to look at Today On AOL for it's news content. It has now become so full of ads its just trash. Much like the rest of what AOL has become.

e-mail help.
this new system sucks. i can't get onot my e-mails without hitting a button that says mail, and when i do it tells me the page is not available. i then have to hit another button and then finally get to my e-mails. i tried going to the help site and asking why and they didn't do anything. just kept giving me the run around with things that don't pertain to my problem.

Block all messages from "renter-info" addresses to ALL accounts
Based on my own e-mail and comments from other posts on these boards, this is a common issue that AOL has chosen to ignore for years. Over 75% of all my spam comes from renter-info@(randomized end address). MAKE IT STOP. AOL's filters DO NOT WORK. I have tried to put sender contains "renter-info" to send to trash. Doesn't work. I have tried sending to a new subfolder. Doesn't work.
If AOL had any coherent staff looking at spam, they would be able to see how much is coming from specific address types and take actions to block this type of…

OUTLOOK 2016 ISSUE WITH VERIZON/AOL EMAIL (3RD PARTY APP)
outlook issue:
Have exhausted troubleshooting for outlook mail 2016 application this is a Verizon email account (3rd party application) we have already done the POP server settings, changed the password, and used an app password to sync the emails in but it did not download and sync in, furthermore it replicated the email account for Verizon.

Paragraphs doubled
When I paste text from Word into the write email window, all my paragraph breaks get doubled so the paragraphs are too wide apart. This never happened with the old version of AOL.

Leave messages in New Mail
After a message is read is it possible to leave it in New Mail as opposed to having it go to Old Mail. The present set up requires me to continuously switch between new and old to find messages that I read but did not delete. Let me move it when I want to.

Search button next to subject line
Please move the search eye glass that pops up next to the subject line. I keep hitting it and it take to search for more emails with that subject when all I wanted to do was open the email.

QR security thing does not work.
More than half the population do not use iPhones. The "Scan with iOS device" QR code is useless trash for a massive proportion of users. do better.

Search SPAM
I cannot figure out how to search (using the Search bar) my SPAM box. It appears that every other folder is searchable, but SPAM is not. Is this an oversight or by design.

delete and block unlimited amount of spam senders!
Offer no ads and more effective block and delete options...I'd pay.
