Font size problem.
I cannot change the font size back to where it has always been, 12 pt. We set it for 14 pt but it keeps reverting back to 10 pt.

Allow filters to reroute emails to "NEW EMAIL"
Please allow filters to reroute emails to "NEW EMAIL" which are getting auto delivered to SPAM!!
Hi there. The more often you mark these emails as Not Spam, the more you train your personal mail filter to recognize them as wanted emails. what happened to permanently blocking spam?
is there a limit to how many spams can be blocked?
Hi there. You can block up to 1000 email addresses. The block feature is best used for people, not spam, since spammers can use spoofed accounts. Meaning what you see might not be the actual sender address. The more often you mark these emails as Spam, the more you train your personal mail filter to recognize them as unwanted. Also, you can create filters by going to mail.aol.com from a laptop/PC, click Settings>More Settings>Filters. Here you can add as rule to filter the repetitive terms you see in the subject line or email body.

simplify
I cannot make heads or tails of how to switch from my old PAID account to whatever new set up you have. I had ad free. I had all the bells and whistles. Now it's all gone, I'm still paying the fees and I cannot understand a darn thing. Please, make one page with all the options where account holders can just click on what they want or don't want. All these different pages and different go to things is slowing down the entire program. Please, just simplify. It's email, not a new, 3D adventure game.

Please stop blocking access to my email
When you require verification to login I have to find another PC. If I try to login to my backup email I can't. It always goes to the email I originally tried to access. Please stop this nonsense!

Two factor id is unecessary
Time consuming and unwanted, just make it optional please.
Hi there! Thank you for the feedback. By enabling a two-step verification on your account you can protect your personal information along with the email itself. Keep in mind that this is an optional feature but we would recommend it to be activated in order to have extra security.

I can never access my email when I need to!
I can never access my email when I need to! What on earth possessed y'all to keep someone who KNOWS THEIR PASSWORD from accessing their email simply because they're on a different computer??? The best part is that, when you send a code, you send it to yet another email you won't let me log in to because I'm on a different computer!

Every time I log in it gives me the option to STAY VERIFIED. But it doesn't work!! EVER!! I have to use the 2step every single time.

option to delete multiple emails option removed
Removing option to multiply delete email is a childish attempt to force people to use the new version.

Please use the scroll feature/bar from the right side of the email list to get to the end of the page and more emails will load and you'll be able to select all. Sending photos from iPhone to AOL to save on computer.
I used to be able to send a photo from my iPhone to my AOL address to open it later and save it on my computer. A few months ago, those emails never showed up in my inbox when I checked email using my computer. Now I notice that when I send emails with photos from my iPhone they are never sent--they just disappear into cyber space? BTW, I tried not sending them "actual size" and tried making them smaller and smaller but that didn't help. What going on?

Improve the readability of web pages by using simple keyboard shortcuts:
- Ctrl (CMD on Mac) and the plus sign (+) to zoom in.
- Press Ctrl (CMD on Mac) and the minus sign (-) to zoom out.
- To reset, press Ctrl (CMD on Mac) and 0.
Additionally, you can utilize the browser's zoom function for a more convenient reading experience. Hope this helps!
