   I just noticed that now Ads have invaded my personal folders. Bad enough that they cram ads in random locations throughout the inbox, but now they also have to infest my personal space with their unwanted intrusions. Get out of my personal folders!

   It's a pain sorting thru the excessive amount of junk mail as it is. Now you place Ads in the middle my inbox emails? That is about as deceptive as you can get. Please get rid of this ASAP

7. Go back to the old format. This new one is not user friendly. AOL user are older citizens and we don’t need another new format to adapt to.
