Resolve locator issue for items in our favorites
I attempted to find a location of a dentist from one of my favorite program and was inform that I had to enable the site for my location. Now I never had to do this when using this favorite site before. For some odd reason AOL Gold no longer supports this favorite site locating program, whihc I used with no problem in Jan of this year. Saving Images
Title: Two Points.
I wish you wouldn't waste time putting "This folder is empty" signs in an obviously blank folder. Instead you could restore the service of saving images from e-mail that I really used. This nice service has been missing too long. -

Features need to work!
FIX SPELL CHECK! Asked until blue in face and nothing done and I am ignored, without response despite several requests! Click on "ADD TO DICTIONARY" and it does not, etc. You eliminated the "Ignore It," option also. This has gone for months without a fix, or rely. Further, for months heard once that you were working on why free McAfee cant be downloaded. How many more months needed to fix this??? Software Problem
I would like a letter mailed to me to document this session and identifying the technical problem that was resolved. The agent that helped me was very well trained and knowledgeable.

Eliminating the game channel is a bust. I play it at least 3 times a day. Bad decision.

Terrible Browser: Wasting Time, To Much Going To Other Small Browsers
Why to many small browsers? Pronto? Zapmenta? Social Scour? Why not just one? That's why I never like Yahoo is the same pattern.

Packaging of plans
Why can't aol package plans mbr's wants instead of offering Plans that members don't want, such as: AARP, McAfee, & Search and Recovery,Barkbox. Items that I would want packaged (bundled) for one low price are: System Machanic, SuperAnti Spyware, Walware Bites,CC Cleaner, AOL 1 Point. Give me what I want and NOT what I don't want.

improve the access of the webmail under aol desktop gold, hopefully we can save the shortcut of our other mail account on toolbars
hoepfully we can create a shortcut of our other aol free account that can be accessed on webmail and put it on the tool bar or favorites without connecting the account to the default aol account that has subscription for gold so it would still be easy to access it without transferring or using other browsers like chrome or without the need to login or logout from our main account.

Nearly blind users can barely see THIN markings and it is thus hard to find where in the sentence or paragraph you are. . MICROSOFT provides this accessibility feature because it is vital to visually handicapped people. AOL does not utilize this Microsoft benefit. after 24 years, must I leave AOL? ****@aol.com

Comment Names
When posting a comment.......I notice many people impersonating others by using the same name. AOL is allowing this to happen. Watch out folks........AOL does nothing to stop this. Someone will say something & think it is you & it's not. Good luck to anyone who posts comments on AOL. AOL will ignore this post......as usual.
