Gold goes un-repsonsive.. has happened 3 times in a row now. Please fix

I have been in a chat room and go back to the Chat Room Listing and Gold goes un-repsonsive.. has happened 3 times in a row now.
Please fix this version on AOL or go back to the old version that worked.

    Give us back AOL 9.8.2. AOL Gold is terrible. It loses blocks of emails, emails show up blank, the spell check on email is a pain, the sign-in password screen comes up blank, then goes to a larger blank screen, then another, the "AOL Gold is not responding." You should pay us to use this. And your emojis are awful.

    This new gold system is no good. Every time i try to open my mail it logs off.. It's too slow.

    I have a problem its with your server I have to re-start all the time. The cable man said its AOL GOLD. Do something about your server. I can go everywhere on the computer no problem its your server. I hate this AOL GOLD bring back what we had before. If you change another thing I will drop AOL which I always loved but not this GOLD HATE IT!!!! I'm tired from the re-start.

    6::30 PM CST 1-18-18 Wrote a sizable letter, pressed Send....and AOL froze my Windows laptop. Could not send, forward, or copy...and the letter did not go into Drafts. What good is GOLD? No good.

    BUT ALL OF YOUR FLASHING ADS WORK PERFECTLY!!!

    I'M A PAYING AOL SUBSCRIBER SINCE NOV 1998.

    I'M NOT PAYING TO READ ADS OF ANY SORT!!!

    TYPING IN LETTERS ARE DELAYED TO APPEAR ON THE SCREEN MAKING TYPING MADDENING ON EVERY SCREEN.

    AOL GOLD IS SLOWER THAN EVEN DIAL UP!!!

    BRING BACK AOL 9.8.2 AOL GOLD IS THE WORST AOL EVER!!!

    AOL IS STILL 'NOT RESPONDING' EVEN IN AOL GOLD.

    YOU SHOULD HAVE KEPT AOL 9.8.2 AS IT WAS

    FIX THE MADDENING 'NOT RESPONDING ISSUES.

    I HATE AOL GOLD <> BRING BACK 9.8.2 OR I'LL BE GONE!!!

    Gold works about 80% of the time. Emails disappear! Information screens give error messages. Log in itseld does not work 10% of the time. Really?

    Thinking about change. You have been no help in correcting new gold that is so slow at everything and always freezing up. Good luck with this endevour.

    6:30 AM 1-14-2018 I composed a long letter on GOLD and tried to send to 8 recipients. Not only did GOLD lock my laptop, but it did not put the letter into draft. Shut down GOLD. It does not work. I spent one hour on this letter.

    I will give AOL one week to fix the black flashes I am getting when I click from page to page or otherwise I will be discontinuing AO

    While working on AOL one recent day, I had a "blip" and lost all of my unread email. I was able to contact someone and was told to "refresh my mailbox". Lo and Behold, it came back, but unfortunately, I missed out on a few things that were already past response date. You folks have a serious problem with your "conversion" staff and the poor job they did in bringing us from a great working system to this. Don't you have a fall-back plan? I suspect that you are going to lose some customers with this farce.

    I'm in the middle of dealing with sale and purchase of homes. this progran stops everytime I turn around. My computer has frozen up -- and I'm paying for this??? Please fix it!!@!!!!

    What was once a great program, since I have been totally committed to it for the last 25 years, is now called GOLD, but is actually ****. I am looking for another option and reluctantly going to let my customers know that I am done with AOL. My Favorites is a complete fricking screwed up mess. What the **** are you people doing. Now I have to pay for ****!
