Give us back the 9.8 features in Gold
Bring back desktop themes, stationery and emojis for mail, allow us to set up Favorites like we want them, make icons for toolbar available. Most of the time when I'm typing a e-mail, the type doesn't keep up with me and thus missing letters or words. Give us back all the features of 9.8 because Gold is seriously lacking most everything.

Sending photos is still slow - it used to be FAST with optimized when AOL owned AOL- BEFORE AOL GOLD
It uploads--- but then there is a VERY LONG DELAY before the email is sent. That needs to be fixed. It didn't do that in the past.

Let us resize pictures we put in emails like we did with the old AOL. In other words, we would get a menu inside the email that let you choose to increase or decrease by 10% or 20% or 30% etc. This new way is terrible.
Make the F5 key work.
When searching on AOL please make the visited links a different color so that we know which URL's we visited. Every single browser does this and we had it on the old AOL.
Most of all fix the interface so that I don't get constant scroll bars which happens when nothing is touching the corners. I've made adjustments and have tried everything to fix this and even your techs could not fix it. Very annoying problem.

Can't believe how awful AOL or AOL GOld is. I can't even sign on to AOL Gold anymore but I'm paying for both. It's down frequently - technical error as they call it. Just don't understand how they have any customers left, including us.

I've been a customer for 19 years. This is by far the worst piece of **** software I have ever used and now I'm being forced to pay for it. My business is tied in to this account and to change email would be a giant hassle but I am just about to the point where I am willing to to go through that just to have something that works properly. "We're having trouble loading your mail, please try again in 5 minutes" What? I have a business to run, I don't want to wait 5 minutes for you to try and load my email again. I had to turn off my spam folder because important emails were being randomly sent there and I missed some orders so now I get to delete my own spam too. Why can't this be fixed? Get rid of the ads and the garbage news feed and give me back my old AOL.

My idea is for AOL to go back to where we were before AOL Gold. We have had nothing but trouble with AOL Gold. We have hours, and I mean hours, talking with people in India and the Philippines who try to address the problems. Nice as they are they are difficult to understand. We hate the change to Gold. Can't you fix these problems?

My experience with AOL and desktop gold has be disappointing at best. Frames freeze, scrolling is defective and ads dominate the pages and workings of the software/browser. It's a shame because I have enjoyed AOL content for many many years. Now it's just not worth the trouble to even attempt to observe an entire slideshow. Pitty.

Mail just got even slower and when clicking on spam folder the sent mail tab opens first. This started 2 days ago.
Mailboxes and loading of mail was always painfully slow but now it got even worse. So did deleting mail. All of these things take forever and I just don't have the patience for it anymore. I will look into Gmail asl has become useless.

The new desktop pales in comparison to the old one. A lot of times it would freeze - sometimes the screen would not load correctly. A lot of times when I click on something it does not load correctly. This is very intermittent and has happened a lot and I have uninstalled and reinstalled a lot of times

I'm sorry, but I do not like the AOL Desktop Gold version. The design is very ******* my eyes, because the framed boxes where you type your email address and subject line are very small, and the lines are so bold and thick. Also, where all of the emails are listed, the font is too bold and chunky. This new design looks a lot like the free version. I pay $4.99 per month, because I like having all the features that come with the paid version, but now it is not enjoyable to use anymore. I wanted to write a complaint right when the new version came out, but I put it off hoping that I would get used to the new version, but I still dislike it very much.

getting really tired of the "new" AOL ways. it's really no fun guys to have to wait over and over for a page to load. took 10 minutes to get this page to load so I could complain. NO FUN!!! fix it or I'm outta here.
