Whenever I type an email there is substantial typing lag
that makes the software very difficult to use. Also, whenever I access my sent mailbox, the desktop freezes. Also, my default signature line is often deleted and needs to be reinstalled. This only happens with the desktop and not with mail.aol.com

.#2:BRING BACK *OUR* *BELOVED* "AOL 9.8.2", with all of OUR "DEE-VINE", ,and *ADORABLE* "EXPRESSIONS" ("*STATIONERIES*") with which we were decorating our e-mails:

BTW:THIS "AOL:DESKTOP "GOLD" IS *NOT*:

MANY, MANY AOL "TECH' REP's" have told me that I AM *NOT* *THE ONLY ONE*, who is *MASSIVELY* DIS-SATISFIED, with this AOL ("GOLD") (I USE THE WORD, LOOSELY).
I EXPECT YOU TO BRING BACK MY "AOL" *9.8.2" (OR, AT LEAST, ALL OF THE *PERSONALIZATION* FEATURES, THERE-OF:
OTHER-WISE, I MIGHT HAVE TO (SERIOUSLY) START LOOKING FOR ANOTHER INTER-NET SERVICE PROVIDER.

I agree - the Gold is so bad and we have to pay for it -- never had any problems with the old AOL> and it was free -

Go back to old Aol. Thinking about changing to someone else. I would pay for the old version but not this one. This program has cost me $100.00 to correct changes it made to my computer programs not working and changing defaults. How do I drop this AOL Gold. not happy.

aol was a great product. why you switched to aol gold is beyond me. the worst thing: chat hardly ever works . it is not working now! (I'm a longtime AOL user and have been a paid member long before it was required.)

I hope AOL is developing AOL Platinum because as a lifetime AOL user "Gold" is by far the worst program you've created. Too many bugs, you dropped features that were so helpful and receiving your email or sending is a hit or miss situation.

Another hour goes by, another aol gold freeze!! What else is new? We can get a man to the moon, but aol can't create a smooth experience.

Please have the Gold fix for BeinG slow. eVen when i type inside gold it is really slow for the letters to appear.

I complained for several months of how terrible the AOL GOLD client had become, being a user and beta tester since version 2.0. The problems went away for several months. NOWV THEY ARE BACK! The client freezes which causes my ENTIRE machine to lock up. Win 10. Uptake 1709. All the latest security updates. WHY can't you figure out these issues? I am really tired of trying to work with a defective product. Please email and fill me in with what is happening to correct these issues. Thank you AOL GOLD SUCKS!!!!!

Yes I can't use my 2 lap tops and my desk tower computer with your new AOL GOLD......additionally I was told aol sysytemmech which you are charging me $4.99 is no longer working yet you still charge me each month....and the additional $4.99 for AOL computer checkup is suspended and does not work either yet AOL still charges me. When trying to communicate with some one it would a luxury to get a person that understands english!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The "USER FRIENDLINESS" of ALL the 9.8 desktop feature are gone! Specifically INSERTING PHOTO'S for me and my family. My mom cannot figure the new desktop out. No point in subscribing any more really. We have been members forever. Totally DISLIKE the Gold desktop!

Twitter doesn't work. Mail is slow to access. Get booted a lot. I have to use Fire Fox, or Explorer for may sites. If AOL is failing, just GO. Don't end the run with an inferior product. And, if you're staying BRING back IM'S! It was the only reason to stay with AOL!

It's worse than worse if there is such a thing. All my friends have recently left AOL and keep bugging me to do the same.

Dump AOL Desktop Gold and go back to an older version. It works better. I don't know why I pay good money to get such a lousy product.

Too much of my computer resource is used to round up all the news items. It slows everything down.
CefSharp.Browser is killing me. Give me an option. Why do you think I have to have the quick response to new when I'm not even interested in it. The basic aol desktop is nice.

I am not going to pay $5.00 a month for this piece of ****. It is slow, takes forever to delete emails, freezes, constantly making the received email sound, AND THERE IS NO NEW EMAIL . Please go back to the old AOL with aim.
