Give us back the 9.8 features in Gold

Bring back desktop themes, stationery and emojis for mail, allow us to set up Favorites like we want them, make icons for toolbar available. Most of the time when I'm typing a e-mail, the type doesn't keep up with me and thus missing letters or words. Give us back all the features of 9.8 because Gold is seriously lacking most everything.

    the older verzeron better it allowed you to maintance you can do not you need to call in its slow not respoding alot the tech check my speed wow its fast why slow here not responding lot of time not happy with the product and i have only this aol not onthers had texth delete them unhappy aol person just that i am old and old habits are hard to break but if it keeps happening you will lost a customer

    Aol, You ain't gonna do nuttin....but do as little as possible to get by. You remind me of the time I to the drive thru at Popeyes. I got my food,pulled over to check it as I usually do and there was half the food I would normally get. I went inside and complained and was told they were going out of business and they apologized and said they were told to give as little food as possible, JUST LIKE YOU AT AOL ARE DOING...SO, GO AHEAD AND GO OUT OF BUSINESS ALREADY!!!!

    It's been months since AOL said we are working on the problems in AOL GOLD. Well what taking so long, just reactivate 9.8 and call it GOLD.
    How much longer are we suppose to PAY for this JUNK ?

    Why is everything on Gold in slow motion? And why do so many URL's open with a blank black or white page and you have to try and try 4 or 5 times till you get the page? DO NOT tell me to clear my browser or give me that tech number to call! I have none of these problems whatsoever when using other browsers.... plus my neighbor and friends I speak to have these very same problems. Nothing is wrong at my end. It is AOL Gold that is wrong!

    Now you can go ahead and close this post like you have done with my others so that no-one can see it. I am so very disgusted already.

    You can't even share on Facebook. The posts on Facebook links back to AOL's slow servers. No one wants to wait for AOL to open a video that takes forever. This is definitely no cutting edge technology!

    Seems like no one is happy with AOL Gold and the complaints and suggestions are falling on deaf ears. If you're not going to fix it, let us know and we will find another service. I've been using AOL for 20 years but everything I loved about AOL as changed. The mail service is awful, the amount of SPAM is ridiculous and instead of an improvement on the previous version, it's a complete and utter failure. As many have asked, why release it if it's not ready? I am not happy about paying for the BETA version. Either fix it or stop charging.

    This has been my complaint since day one. The AOL interface is huge. I had to set my hard drive to view in SMALL in order to get it under control. And now all of the text in all of my programs are tiny and hard to read. Please fix this. I've written and called about this many times but nothing is being done. My resolution is set at 900 x 1600 and I do not have this problem anywhere.... so please do not tell me to adjust my resolution. Why is othing being done about this... and why don't I get a reply?

    Your latest version of GOLD expands the main page past the size of the monitor. I have to minimizw the page to get the file and edit options in the banner. Also why do you want to charge me for a software package that will allow me to clear my caches.

    Gold AOL t's been horrible since you rolled it out. Often cannot send or receive mail. SLOW!! Worst since 1995 Fire the nitwits that came up with this harebrained scheme before you go out of business because we all quit. THAT is my suggestion.
