Give us back the 9.8 features in Gold

Bring back desktop themes, stationery and emojis for mail, allow us to set up Favorites like we want them, make icons for toolbar available. Most of the time when I'm typing a e-mail, the type doesn't keep up with me and thus missing letters or words. Give us back all the features of 9.8 because Gold is seriously lacking most everything.

    what's wrong with your email service, I've had to restart my computer twice today because your email freezes and in turn freezes your website. Please advise to correct the problem?

    RETURN to 9.8 Gold is an abomination! The ADS! OMG.. taken over my life.. and nothing works while they load or blink or take all the space on my screen!

    by reading a bunch of peoples responses, they dont like Gold either. there was no warning that you were going to lock us out of 9.8.2 by only giving us a message that we cant login without downloading Gold. that is a very unprofessional way of doing business. no warning, no nothing except, you cant login now without downloading Gold!!! i am thinking i will be discontinuing AOL after about 16 years of continuous patronage!!

    How do you refresh mail folder? The # still shows after you have read them. Also I have to turn my aol off & restart to get new emails?????????????

    This aol Gold is HORRIBLE. I was very happy with what I had, and you held us ******* in order to get stuff I had saved. Now I pay for service that is disgusting. Why should I pay for something that doesn't work? Sends me to the wrong place, opens emails that I did not click on, refuses to open others that I used to get all the time.
    Please, give us the old AOL back, or fix this one. HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!

    AOLGold is a step backwards...terrible...what were you thinking??
    Slow to open, slow to function/scroll...
    Will uninstalling and reinstalling the program help??

    This Gold is nothing but a joke.I cannot believe I have to pay for it. Cannot get into chat rooms. I end up in rooms where I am not even listed and nobody else is there, even though I type in a room where I know my friends are. It says Undefined. What does that even mean? Then when I made it to the room where my friends were after fifteen minutes, it still said Undefined on my screen.We get bounced in and out of the room. our senders don't work for chat. This is the biggest disappointment. And again, you make us pay for it?

    aol gold is too slow. Don't have patience anymore. GO BACK TO THE OLD AOL!

    As paying members, we should be able to choose which AOL version we would like to use. I would go back to the 9.8 as I'm sure many users would. Give the paying members the right to choose.

    so... how long is it going to take to make Gold right so that your subscribers are "happy?" Gold is slow and oh soooooo very frustrating.

    As i type words in an email or anywhere else, I freeze for a minute or two between letters. It can't keep up with my typing and I do not type fast. Extremely annoying and wastes time. I plan to look into gmail because I can't take much more of this.

    Makes no sense that I am paying for broadband. The AOL Gold browser is slow as ****. It wasn't like this on the old AOL. This broswer is also not recognized by many sites I try to visit. I either get a notice to update my browser or else the page comes up empty. How much longer do we have to endure these problems.... of which there are many. AOL needs to hire some techs who know what they are doing and who actually try to fix things.

    Mail is HORRIBLE. Can't mark things "not spam". It re-loads deleted emails. GOLD IS SLOOOOOOOW. Clicking 'save as new' now longer keeps title highlighted. And we PAY for this?

    My internet speed is running at it's normal speeds. Functions on my px are normal. Everything normal except AOL. Did you purchase slow servers or what? Functions in AOL are so slow.
