Give us back the 9.8 features in Gold

Bring back desktop themes, stationery and emojis for mail, allow us to set up Favorites like we want them, make icons for toolbar available. Most of the time when I'm typing a e-mail, the type doesn't keep up with me and thus missing letters or words. Give us back all the features of 9.8 because Gold is seriously lacking most everything.

    Nothing is being fixed. New problems arise daily. All of my AOL friends have left AOL. I am trying to hold out but don't know how long I can.

    I have been with AOL for over 15 years. It was my first email account. I am so disappointed and frustrated with this NEW (Better?) GOLD. The best thing you could do would to be bring back the OLD AOL 9.0, 9.7 or whatever. The thousands of dollars I have spent over 15-20 years should get em something better. I am about a month or two away from dumping it and never looking back

    When replying to an email there is a lag between the typing and when the characters appear in the display. This is extremely annoying. This problem did not happen when typing this feedback.

    get aol gold deleted and return to a version that customers can actually work with. why must i pay for a version that gives me grief daily? respond if you dare. today i can only delete one email at a time

    I've had too many problems loading AOL Gold and it's not my computer as AOL techs imply.

    Can't arrange favorite places in the order I want. Many websites won't load properly and they shake and jump around when I'm reading. Somebody has really messed up AOL and you're charging us for this?

    This version of AOL is terrible - too many screens to simply sign on - not user friendly at all. Bring back messenger. This version really is not an improvement - going backwards. Seriously considering cancelling service if this is what we are forced to use.

    I miss the old way...I used to love AOL so much but not anymore...I'm very disappointed. I am like the quote "Go back to the AOL we all loved and get rid of gold it sucks"
