Give us back the 9.8 features in Gold

Bring back desktop themes, stationery and emojis for mail, allow us to set up Favorites like we want them, make icons for toolbar available. Most of the time when I'm typing a e-mail, the type doesn't keep up with me and thus missing letters or words. Give us back all the features of 9.8 because Gold is seriously lacking most everything.

    this is the worst aol sine it first came out in the 90's Nothing is working from day to day bad gate info to no response. AOL GOLD is not ready for use, I have been with aol since the 90"s and I am considering dropping it it is not worth the money forced upon me to use aol. it needs to be fixed or aol will be like limewire SHUTDOWN! GET IT FIXED

    You must fix the horribly slow loading experience. It is at least 10x slower than 9.8 or AOL.com.

    To AOL Technicians: We want all those Fonts we had in AOL 9.8.2 as we do different studies and do our some of our jobs with different fonts.

    You were very stingy with your fonts when people use your web site for doing different kinds of work related writings in different fonts.
    We would like you to reinstall all those fonts, right now I am searching for another web site to use because of alot of your products were cut out. Shame Shame Shame. You ruined this web site AOL Gold, it should have all the things that were in AOL 9.8.2.
    I assume your going to lose alot of customers because of these things you cut out of AOL Gold. It never fails when you have something good you try to improve it and you louse it up big time.

    AOL ATTITUDE - supply bogus answer + close comments - then hide it so others can not see it

    RESPONSE - to NO IMPROVEMENT

    STILL - NO IMPROVEMENTS IN ANY AREA OF GOLD

    14 attempts [w/three restarts ] to sign into ebay + others , constant error, message [ URL failed to load ] - slow + erratic email , email spam has increased over 10 fold in past 2 months - non existent local news - biased , outdated , + irreverent news coverage - incompetent tech support + customer service -

    ANOTHER USELESS RESPONSE + THREAD CLOSING -
    been using REPORT A BUG ALMOST DAILY FOR 3 MONTHS WITH NO POSITIVE RESULTS AT ALL - THANKS FOR NOTHING AOL !!!!!!

    Way to AOL... more issues!!!! Now the News pages don't even load in AOL. I copy the URL and load it in another browser and BINGO, works. THAT MEANS EITHER YOU HAVE A SERIOUS SERVER ISSUE OR YOUR BROWSER ISN"T FUNCTIONING. As promised to AOL, I will be leaving tomorrow if the things I requested aren't fixed, which is likely they will not be since it's a day and NOT A SINGLE THING I've complained about has been fixed. Pathetic when I started complaining in December 2017.

    The email with Gold is very erratic sometimes works and sometimes not. However, on my smart phone the email works just fine. This is hard to take. Please, fix it!

    Please fix this problem. The problem of typing faster than the computer prints is not new, but very annoying, & now sometimes I type and a few letters don't even appear. So far this happens on emails only.

    I agree completely the comment of Steve Grosvald. Gold is a disgrace to AOL and an insult to your loyal customer.

    Are you Deaf!!! Fix it asap or give us back 9.8 while your at it PLEASE.

    Obviously thousands of your subscribers, like me, hate AOL Gold and find the functionality miserable compared to 9.8.2. Is anyone listening at AOL or just posting these thousands of similar responses and ignoring discontent? What are the excuses for forcing a "not ready for prime time" version on us?

    I am so sick of AOL GOLD. It is a complete disaster! Not one thing has been "fixed" yet. It is worse than ever, each day it get worse . I HATE IT!
