Give us back the 9.8 features in Gold
Bring back desktop themes, stationery and emojis for mail, allow us to set up Favorites like we want them, make icons for toolbar available. Most of the time when I'm typing a e-mail, the type doesn't keep up with me and thus missing letters or words. Give us back all the features of 9.8 because Gold is seriously lacking most everything.

AOL Gold is far from what it was. I've been a member since the 90's and loved it. No more. Way too much is wrong and with all my complaints nothing has been fixed. Why am I paying for this ****** program? Going online used to be fun. No more. Now it's a chore.... and all they care about are huge ads upon ads no matter where you go. Sickening. Being so greedy is causing many people to leave.

TWO hours to send one email this morning - kept getting message ( having a problem , try again in 5 minutes ) - reported it - tech support sent me an email staing system is functioning normally - GOLD is a total fiasco - emails working perfectly on yahoo + msn - only on AOL do i experience problems -

I want my stationary and postcard graphics back. I want to permanently delete multiple items. Please advise as to what GOLD brings to the table.

Totally agree with Holly.....I hate Gold! With AOL tech [Mel] weekly.
Bring back 9.8.2 -it works.
As a long time subscriber, I'm tired
of paying for bad operating system. And stop Norton and MacAfee.....don't want them so stop adding. Think it might be time to make a change. -

I don't see that ANYONE is satisfied with Gold! It sucks...bring back 9.8.2, at least it worked! With Gold, nothing seems to work and we're paying for ****!!

It is also incredibly S-L-O-W when sending an email with a photo or any kind of graphics OR even an attachment. And no progress box so you have to guess what's happening.
