Give us back the 9.8 features in Gold

Bring back desktop themes, stationery and emojis for mail, allow us to set up Favorites like we want them, make icons for toolbar available. Most of the time when I'm typing a e-mail, the type doesn't keep up with me and thus missing letters or words. Give us back all the features of 9.8 because Gold is seriously lacking most everything.

    It takes forever to download an attachment from my email! If it doesn't improve, I'm going to have to change servers. I've been with AOL for years.

    I report bugs every time they happen. Everything sticks ... you cant seem to move easily into different places/tabs - new mail, sent mail, search mail.
    ALL OF MY MAILING LISTS were lost.
    At least once a week I get the message "Can't Load Mail try again in 5 minutes". Or my new mail doesn't load and I have to close the app and restart it.
    I pay for tech support and today I called, waited 6 minutes and was sent to GOLD support and waited 10 minutes and was disconnected.
    Called again and waited 12 minutes and as she told me I was going to be transferred, SHE disconnected me. Then I called again and it said my wait time would be under 20 minutes ... I don't have 20-30 minutes to receive tech support that I pay for.
    I am just bummed ... don't understand how this update is good for us??

    STOP TALKING ABOUT BRING 9,.8 BACK, JUST DO IT. WE ARE EXHAUSTED WITH AOL GOLD, WHICH IS TERRIBLE./

    RETURN WITH US TO THE DAYS OF YESTERYEAR. BRING BACK OUR OLD EMAIL SYSTEM!!! EVERYTHING KEEPS MOVING OUT OF RANGE AND CANNOT BE CORRECTED!! "GOLD" *****!

    This is the worst upgrade you have ever had. It is the most time-consuming, wasteful update. Your interface keeps getting worse instead of better!
    Why do I have to pay for something that does not work????

    After seeing how many members asking, begging or requesting Oath to bring back AOL 9.8.2 or blue are you not convinced that Gold is not liked? How hard would it have been to leave all the things everyone loved in the Gold AOL since you wanted to change & Improve it (((cough cough))) Emails are a pain to try & send with graphics~ you can't put a background or color in emails ~ no buddy list to see who's online and I wont even go into our beloved Instant Messages are gone!! After 20 yrs of being loyal, you've really screwed it up this time!!!! All changes arent for the best .....how about bringing the old AOL back and make everyone happy again, might even stop all the complaiinig too!!!!! lol

    I lost my favorites too! Can't get into it. I used to store all that I wanted to save. Another reason I love AOL. Bring back the Pals and the texting on aol. It is easier IMO to text from the computer then these stupid small phones

    Just want the old "Blue" colored AOL make the old "blue" the NEW gold. Put back ALL we had before the New Gold was used....IMO

    This new AOL GOLD email system looks just like Gmail. Well I have been with AOL for 22 years because you are not Gmail. I always wanted and preferred how the AOL software worked.
    Now... it is a disaster!

    Many time when composing an email, if I am trying to paste something, etc, AOL Gold shuts down and I have to re-sign back in. I lose all that I had written.

    I want to be able to SAVE the FOLDER where my mail is kept on the SAVE TO MY PC folder

    I want to be able to OPEN my mail SAVE ON MY PC OFFLINE. Since that is the function, I would like to have it. Otherwise, it is not SAVED TO MY PC, if I can't open the FILE CABINET while I am not signed in.

    The individual with aol who thought of the idea to write this this horrible aol gold program, needs to go back to computer programing school and should be fired from aol.
