Give us back the 9.8 features in Gold

Bring back desktop themes, stationery and emojis for mail, allow us to set up Favorites like we want them, make icons for toolbar available. Most of the time when I'm typing a e-mail, the type doesn't keep up with me and thus missing letters or words. Give us back all the features of 9.8 because Gold is seriously lacking most everything.

    As a 4-decade AOL subscriber, I'm becoming increasingly frustrated with the slower overall response times for signing on, reading emails, downloading files, etc. How about adding more server capacity to handle the increased working from home AOL users?

    Gold is locking me out. It freezes and I cannot easily read e-mails or send e-mails. Where can I go for help on this issue?

    I think aol email has its own corona virus as each email is extremely slow to open and nothing gets done to fix it!

    My paid version AOL Gold is slow as molasses. Links take forever to respond...The free loaders apparently have priority over paid members and are sucling the life out of bandwidth.

    I was trying but your software cut me off. are long thoughts too complicated for your ESL programers??? not to be mean, but if you're going to work on something as basic as AOL, then learn the grammar. So, I want a setting that skips ALL ads & what you pretend is news. I'm a forced GOLD member, I should be able to look at only my mail. nothing else. Stop wasting our time & money. be more productive. News doesn't have to have a video for every dang story. words are perfectly fine. Simple is often better.

    Everything is soooo much slower on AOL Gold! I've somewhat adjusted to AOL Gold, but it is so darn slow on everything! And much slower than it used to be. When typing an email, you have to wait a long time for the words to catch up with the typing. Using the browser is very slow. A long wait every time. Clicking on a favorite icon at the top is so slow getting to the site. Just awful...

    The welcome page videos are cluttering the whole page and slowing down the AOL desktop gold. I wanted to remove the video or close it in anyway.

    fix AOL gold so it won't free for literally hours at a time. I went to Google chrome and then AOL and it works great and freeze free when I go bac to AOL gold it's still frozen. Why pay $5.00 for frozen AOL when I can get it free unfrozen? I just might cancel my AOL GOLD

    All other browser are free, but we pay 4.99 a month for a browser that is terrible. It takes it 5 minutes to load. I am going to move to a free one very soon.

    Go back to the way it was when you started messing with it.... and messing it up.

    AOL Desktop Gold consumes so much of my computer resources that it slows Windows Explorer to a crawl and sometimes paralyzes it completely. I can't have AOL open and do anything else at the same time. That's why I never use the AOL browser. AOL is losing money because the new software is so bad. AOL has had over a year to fix all the problems with it, but nothing has changed. I can't believe it will be in business much longer.

    AOL IS THE WORST IT'S EVER BIN- NOTHING WORKS RIGHT-TAKES TOO LONG TO LOAD- IT'S JUST A PIECE OF **** FROM THE WORD GO
