Give us back the 9.8 features in Gold
Bring back desktop themes, stationery and emojis for mail, allow us to set up Favorites like we want them, make icons for toolbar available. Most of the time when I'm typing a e-mail, the type doesn't keep up with me and thus missing letters or words. Give us back all the features of 9.8 because Gold is seriously lacking most everything.

We began using AOL DT GOLD a few months ago. We liked the faster uploads/downloads for attachments.
This has all changed. It now takes up to 2 minutes for an email to open. It takes up to 2 minutes for uploads & downloads. The whole tool is lagging horribly.
This is NOT my system or computer fault, every other application, including google & gmail works as it should.
Our business has used this AOL address for 20+ years, it would be a shame and irreversible if we have to abandon it. -

It's taking forever for emails to open. And I had to add our signature block AGAIN! When will this new system be fixed? If you can't fix it, give us back 9.8.2 again. That one worked!

20 seconds for a mail to be readable from the moment I click it is FAR too long. (Of course, your advertising comes up right away. I'm disgusted.

absolutely aol was not ready Its **** Loaded with ads and does not work I tied to send an email today with several BCC addres kept gettin mail not sent error 440:13004 I called in got rerouted twice third person said this error doesnot pertain to email!!!!!!!!! So why in the **** did I get that error msg when tryng to send email????when I was sending an email????? She said maybe a random error!! RANDOM ERROR I use aol for a lot of things and I DONT WANT RANDOM ERRORS!!! I WILL NOT, REPEAT NOT RECCOMEND, AOL TO ANYBODY UNTIL YOU FIX AND FIRE THE SO-CALLED STAFF THAT "DEVELOPED" THIS PIECE OF **** CALL ED AOL GOLD ITs AOL D IR T DIRT DIRT!!!

AOL Gold is like using dial up. It is the slowest app I use. I can read my email much faster if I use Chrome, got to AOL.com and sign in

AOL Gold is slow, server has defects, phantom text movement, slow text when typing, deletes mail without clicking, copy and paste bunches text together, mouse stops pointing, will not send 12 MB of files....

Thirty year customer I HATE AOL GOLD...WORTHLESS MAIL SYSTEM...SLOW....Worst software ever by AOL....Verizon owned..no wonder for the bad software...

there is nothing to like about GOLD, it just stinks ..... didnt you guys test this???? it DOES NOT WORK.. WHY SHOULD WE PAY FOR JUNK... FIX IT OR REFUND THE MONTHLY CHARGES BACK TO WHEN WE DOWNLOADED THIS HEAP OF JUNK!!!!

Why in the world would you blacklist my customer now that I'm on Gold. AOL Gold is awful. Why start charging with a ****** service when the free service was so much better. I hate AOL Gold so far. Slow, one problem after another! Less features...
