Give us back the 9.8 features in Gold
Bring back desktop themes, stationery and emojis for mail, allow us to set up Favorites like we want them, make icons for toolbar available. Most of the time when I'm typing a e-mail, the type doesn't keep up with me and thus missing letters or words. Give us back all the features of 9.8 because Gold is seriously lacking most everything.

Where to start: When including pics in e mail sending time is way too long, much longer than before. Can only include one at a time without going back into file and adding. No editing features.
I certainly do not feel that Gold is any improvement over previous system

Chat rooms that begin with aol://2719:3-5719- no longer work. When AOL load, there's a lot of screen flashing (smaller black boxes brightening and coloring) until they finally find a place on the AOL desktop. Same when I close out AOL.

been a member for TWENTY-FIVE years....and you say I HAVE NO ACCOUNT?????.this GOLD has been NOTHING BUT A PROBLEM...You must have hired some of these YOUNG DUMB PEOPLE....put back to the 9.8, and the employees who KNOW WHAT TO DO.......

Mouse functions slowly and sporadically in the AOL windows. Has been a problem for weeks. The mouse works well when aol is opened with chrome

I absolute HATE Gold. I have more issues with stupid Gold every single day. Thankfully, my work will be moving to Gmail soon so I won't have to put up with all of this. I spend more time correcting AOL issues or waiting to actually be able to do something (eg, open an email, print an email), it's not worth my loss of time

INTEGRATION is BROKEN on sending attachments - I send time sensitive organizers to 100 clients and need to do them now. After 2 calls to tech support, I find that I have SEVERAL MORE STEPS to send EACH file. 1. Create a temporary file to put client's info in. 2.Go back and save as PDF to File. 3. Go back and Send PDF - E-mail appears (but no file below). 4. Click Attach File and find in maze of file listings. 5. Click and file is attached. 6. Send. ***9.8 STEPS: 1. Click Print, and e-mail is set up, attachment is already below. 2. Send! Which one do you think I prefer, AOL? BIG TIME WASTER! WAKE UP!

IF I AM READING THIS RIGHT, AOL SAYS THAT AOL ENGINEERS ARE WORKING TO RESOLVING ALL THE *****-UPS THEY DID WITH AOL GOLD? And are bring back most if not all GREAT THINGS we had with 9.8.. Or are they just blowing SMOKE?

favorites automatically alphabetize and sometime you just need at the very bottom, no more extras in mail that are provided by aol ... you have to go find a picture every time you send an email, and much much more. ughhhhhhhhh

I agree, seems the GOLD is more into the advertisers than in giving its paying customers a barely usable system. Totally down hill since inception. And new problems in the last two days.. Getting unbearable.

Don't understand why I will have to pay monthly for a very flawed system. AOL Gold is overwhelmed by pop-up ads which interfere with my ability to read what I have selected. And you should seriously consider bringing back Instant Messages. I am really thinking of going to another free site.

Bring back some of the features AOL dropped. Ex: the file upload progress bar and photos in email. Gold is slow and sometimes stop working.More thought and testing should have been done before the release of this software. It is definitely inferior to 9.8. I have used AOL since 1998 and I am not happy with the present build and I am considering using Gmail.

AOL Desktop worked fine. AOL Gold is erratic, slow, and inconsistent. We were forced to make the change, now we are stuck with AOL Gold. Don't blame my computer...It works fine everywhere else. I can't even type an email without slow and erratic response, even right here.

I Shift + Del to permanently delete many emails. That feature is no longer available. It is now a 2-step process. Not good. Thank you. This version is similar in look and feel to the FREE version.

Very unhappy at missing features from Gold. Missing Wallpaper, POSTCARDS, many extras for which I chose to pay a monthly charge to keep. Case # 04065203 (Cez), a very nice lady. I am also requesting a refund for application failure. Thank you..
