Give us back the 9.8 features in Gold

Bring back desktop themes, stationery and emojis for mail, allow us to set up Favorites like we want them, make icons for toolbar available. Most of the time when I'm typing a e-mail, the type doesn't keep up with me and thus missing letters or words. Give us back all the features of 9.8 because Gold is seriously lacking most everything.

    Very unhappy at missing features from Gold. Missing Wallpaper, POSTCARDS, many extras for which I chose to pay a monthly charge to keep. Case # 04065203 (Cez), a very nice lady. I am also requesting a refund for application failure. Thank you..

    Just go back to AOL 9.8 and charge for that. It is a superior software to AOL Gold and most member would be happier. It is as if you guys are trying to sabotage AOL Gold, hard to believe any tech company can be this incompetent. Wake up.

    I think Gold is becoming a joke like New Coke in the '80s or Edsel in the '50's, where the corporate parents needed to eventually pull the product while consumers were either laughing or crying at them. AOL needs to bring back a tried and true product like I enjoyed the past 21 years. Scrap Gold NOW!

    It is inappropriate and distracting to see advertisements when I'm reading my email. I pay for this Gold. How do I turn this off?

    Newer is not better. Kindly Give me back what I had. Not Gold. It is very poor, almost disgraceful.

    because AOL "RUST" is like going into a blind man's home and re-arranging all the furniture!!!! HE'S LEFT BRUISED WITH BROKEN BONES...... It's the same trying to navigate this piece of s**t you call "gold".

    Gold is a big disaster - I use AOL a lot but now you are trying to charge me for my secondary account which my wife uses to log on about once a week, sometimes less - why should I have to pay twice to log on either of my accounts from MY computers - also you used to have a feature in 9.8 that would make you invisible at sign on - so without that feature are we now all vulnerable

    You made a mistake with Gold. Cut your losses and OUR PAIN. Put us all back to 9.8, bring back the programming to the USA and let people who know what WE need fix it.

    Bring back the fonts and emoticons. The choice of pictures, sound,background and other holiday inserts was excellent. It is boring now. Also even though it is checked my history does not disappear after I sign off.

    Takes to long to send mail when photos are included. Previous version of AOL was much better.

    I liked the ads on open email to be on the bottom of the email the way it was, it is annoying on the side and makes the email squished so I can't read it as easily. Thank you!!

    Well lets face AOL 9.8. had way more whistle and Bells than GOLD Buttons are missing for instand
    My Manage my Favorites to backup is gone. I comment on this and NOBODY has done anything about it. Now my Windows Explorer is now looking good to me,and it it's Free.

    I am NOT PLEASED with the Gold version. I have yet to open up aol without there being several problem areas. You need to either fix this very quickly or give us an option to go back to 9.8 until you've finished fixing gold. I've had enough of this.

    I really liked 9.8. I have the same problem when typing an e-mail....the type doesn't keep up with me, having me miss letters and words.
    Why am I posted as "POLICY MAIL" when I send out an email? The recipient doesn't recognize POLICY MAIL and my email ends up in Spam. My email address doesn't go through,,,,only the Policy Mail. WHY??
