Give us back the 9.8 features in Gold

Bring back desktop themes, stationery and emojis for mail, allow us to set up Favorites like we want them, make icons for toolbar available. Most of the time when I'm typing a e-mail, the type doesn't keep up with me and thus missing letters or words. Give us back all the features of 9.8 because Gold is seriously lacking most everything.

    GOLD AOL DESKTOP IF THE 'pits' JUST AWFUL AND FREEZES AND YOU CAN'T GET TO WHERE YOU WANT... TOO MANY ADVERTISERS... JUST SO THAT YOU CAN MAKE MONEY INSTEAD OF MAKING CUSTOMERS HAPPY....     I AM IN TOTAL AGREEMENT WITH THE COMMENTS ABOVE - YOU ARE JUST INTERESTED IN MAKING MONEY FROM YOUR ADVERTISTERS AND NOT MAKING IT EASY FOR THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN WITH OLD FOR MANY YEARS... LIKE ME FOR ABOUT ALMOST 15 OR 18 YEARS.... YOU ARE MAKING IMPOSSIBLE FOR US... I WISH I COULD COPY MY ADDRESS BOOK AND DETAILS I WOULD CONSIDER MOVING TO ANOTHER COMPANY ... A LOT OF MY FRIENDS FEEL THE SAME WAY AND ARE TIMID ABOUT MAKING THEIR VOICES HEARD.... PLEASE RECONSIDER AND MAKE IT EASIER FOR US TO USE AOL....

    When composing an email I use to be able to copy and paste into the aol "write mail" draft and the font/style would be retained and sent. Now it will not import the fonts or style but forces us to use fonts and styles we do not like or want.

    It takes a ridiculously long time to load, Love paying to watch ads load! You delete items from mail and next time in they are still there. Features in settings are maybe 30% what they were in the old version.

    Sorry AOL,I'll sit through a 30 sec ad before a video but not 1 minute. Yesterday a 2 minute ad popped up before a video. Click.

    Go back to 9.8.2. at least it worked!! In the 20 plus yrs I've had aohell, this is the absolute WORST version!!!

    I agree with every single comment & suggestion.

    *Reiterating my post which was closed by AOL:
    SCALE TOO LARGE!
    Toolbar is huge!
    Nothing fits in my Sony laptop screen anymore, despite switching to highest resolution possible!

    Only program or app I'm using or have used, that is in such a giant unscalable form. Why?

    The old version was near perfection & worked great, looked good for years.

    We must dump AOL after 20? years if this is the new AOL.

    1) Why do we need "Inbox" and "New" mail tabs?? "New" is all that is necessary! 2) Copy and paste doesn't work as well as it did in the past! 3) No "edit picture" or "resize picture" by percentages in "write". Why change something that worked and everyone was happy with? 4) Where are all the font choices that were available with the old version? Whoever thought these changes were good ideas, needs to be fired! I also agree with every single post attached to this complaint!!

    Bring back more font choices. The new AOL Gold selection is ridiculously limited.

    FIX THE SOFTWARE !!! Where did the ability to group addresses go ?
    Why are changes made to address book entries not remaining ?- they then revert back to previous format. Mostly it is the prime email link that keeps changing.

    change back to the old AOL system it worked just fine. the new system stinks.
