You cant change the favorites bar amazes me for a company like AOL. I need to go back the way it was. Gold is a total disaster on your part. Gold has so many other issues. No Good

Favorites in the order added - some people don't remember the exact alphabetical name of the site. Icon's on the toolbar., menu items that actually work. Photo resizing, email address keyboard shortcuts. (stupid to need to click on address book then a group name then "ctrl A" to highlight group then click on the BCC or CC at the bottom of the address book page to add those names to the email address lines. TESTING TESTING TESTING do some !

OMG....Sooooo Slow I am Zzzzzzzzzzing Out on every click and it get's slower as you go along ! HELP HELP this is serious . HELP !

Why did you release GOLD when it wasn't compatible ? NOR was it tested.

When I open a piece of mail, then scroll to the bottom of that mail to read it, then use the Next or Prev buttons to open another piece of mail, if that new piece of mail is longer than one screen, it opens at the same position as the one I was just looking at. I just tried it. I scrolled to the bottom of a piece of mail, clicked on Prev. The next piece of mail was only one page long, so it appeared correctly. However, when I clicked on Prev again, the next piece of mail was more than 2 pages long, and it showed me the bottom of the piece of mail, not the top (which is what I would have expected). I view this as a bug. No one reads mail from the bottom without first looking at the top.

Simple things such as "Print" vs "ctrl P" - right click menu items. "Refresh email" does not work. unable to add icons to toolbar. The key response is choppy. Screen painting is slow and choppy. None of these items are the fault of my computer. As they are fine on other browsers or programs. AOL Gold was not tested properly or maybe not at all. And the techs all know this.

Remember the Edsel? At least Ford reacted and gave up on a bad idea.

I want File/open to get files from computer,   can't do that now,  Google can't  either
I want File/save as   to be able to save outgoing e-mail,  very important
skip two steps to get to  password.   AOL Gold keeps asking to store password-             bad idea

bring back   file/open photos     now I have to use screen shot to bring in photos

Obviously pure ego and arrogance driving managements refusal to address the multitude of complaints posted here.

Gold is horrible. It sends some mail 2 or 3 times and some not at all. I cannot set my mail preferences where new mail is always at the bottom. I click on an email to mark as unread and the next time I look it is gone. There are really too many problems to mention here such as not being able to simply right click and place a picture in the emai. It is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!

There are SO many disappointments with this gold upgrade, it is what I would call the biggest FAILURE known to Internet service!!! Bring back ALL the features we had before and then some! Why must we suffer with advertisements attached to incoming emails and now on the SIDE!!! It is extremely distracting, irritating and gives me a massive headache!!! We PAY for our service, being FORCED to suffer with annoying, flickering advertisements on the SIDE of our incoming emails is torture and inhuman treatment!! Why did you remove all the stationary and photo icons?!?!?! Where are the many different fonts?!?! Whomever your "upgrade" technicians/computer programmers are ... they have FAILED miserably!!! They FLUNK the test! We want the older version BACK!!! We ALL resent being FORCED to accept this incredibly poor quality attempt at this upgrade!!!

Why suddenly do E-mails disappear after reading ? I often want to do something with them later.

I want the ability to close my own mail after I send it. The checkbox in advanced mail settings no longer has that option. I don't want my mail to vanish the moment I send it. I often send the same mail to others. It is very inconvenient to have to write it again...and again...This is my biggest concern for now.
Also, alphabetizing my favorites does not allow me to arrange them as I like.

On edit you used to have dictionary/thesaurus which I frequently used. ITS NO LONGER THERE. Where is it? Also I had on my email directory AAA and AA before certain names to expedite my time. Many of them are gone. When opening AOL after the "news"" page opened, and it's slower now, email page followed. Now you must hit email to get it. When writing on email, in addition to yellow round emoji's you had a paint brush with more. It's gone. Where is it? Do we ever get an individual response?

AOL Gold is extremely unstable. How long will it take for you to fix ALL the problems that come with this new product. Bring back the old AOL and add improvements if you like - instead of trying to fix something that is unfixable. Please give your customers a choice if they want AOL Gold or go back to what they had before. Thank you

Fix the frequent GOLD not responding. Fix the frequent welcome screen freezeup which can only be fixed by restarting the computer and losing everything I was working on. In other words 9.8.

You cannot delete a number of emails at once.
Also email opens very slowly and aol gold is not responsive to clicks very quickly

Cannot hide icons in the toolbar .
Download manager will not open

I and many chatters or members would like to hear sounds in chat rooms . In the past we have the ability to play music we have downloaded to our computer, The only one's who hears this type of music are the ones who have downloaded the music to their computers not the whole room. Music as you know is very relaxing and I have seen many in chat rooms who posted they would love this come back to us. Will you please consider giving this back to us.
