My first concern was the lack of the Print icon so I could easily print pages from the internet. Now I must copy and paste and this is combersome, not always working. But I also agree the E Mail typing does not keep up with me and causes problems.

Under saved on my PC, there are never any incoming/saved mail or mail you've sent. Although not vital I did use these some.

Highest priority: return the ability to see if other screen names have email, without having to log into that screen name. Secondary importance: ditch the ads in e-mail; make desktop themes available again; make customized sounds available again, give us back Favorites that do NOT default to alphabetical, but remain in the order we choose to place them in; get rid of that "extra-step" box that delays switching between screen names.

In the drop down of files the save and save as not working and also have lost saved emails, what happen they just vanished.

Larger, bolder fonts in the "To" and "Subject" areas when writing an email.

When dragging an email from "New" to a folder on "Saved on AOL", highlight the target folder as the mouse moves over it.

Bring back the Blue Favorites panel which allows selecting a site with one click.

What is amazing is, You Posted for three weeks about AIM will no longer be available, everytime I turned on my computer. Then WITHOUT NOTICE WE GET THE," AOL ALERT' That Only AOL GOLD, will be used. Then when we come up with suggestions on bringing back some of the FEATURES WE HAVE ENJOYED FOR YEARS, YOU TELL US " SORRY". Such as Not allowing us to use My Favorites as WE WANT, NOT HOW YOU WANT. So AOL DOES NOT GIVE A **** FOR PAYING AOL CUSTOMERS. PERIOD!

9.8 did not have ads on the Welcome screen

9.8 let me arrange the favorites the way I want them, not the way you want them. should not be a big problem for AOL to program this in favor of the users

Bring back the forward feature where I can just send a link without copying and pasting the entire link in a new email.
After reading an email and deleting, it ends up in my "old" folder.
I cant switch users without signing off.
Everything is ending up in spam, even from my regular contacts. When I select to move it to "new" it looks like it was read already and no longer in bold black.

1. Permanently hide the folder list as an option.

2. Show how many emails each screen name contains in the sign off screen. I have 7 screen names and I use this function to see whether I have to sign in to a screen name or if I can skip it.

3. When I try to choose a background AOL Gold shuts down and I have to re-sign back in.

4. As I log into each screen name a large white rectangle box flashes across my screen. This has been happening since the day that AOL GOLD was initiated. Easy fix is to bring back AOL 9.8.2 with maybe some updates.

5. I pay monthly for AOL and I shouldn't be forced to use a new desktop that doesn't work for me.

6. I've uninstalled AOL Gold to try and fix these problems and then it is hard to find a new AOL Gold installation link.

7. I can not become invisible at sign on.

8. Where do I find the AOL system information that includes utilities in AOL Gold as in the 9.8.2 . All I had to do was right click on the AOL icon and was able to click the Utilities and clear cookies and cache, it used to be so easy!

9.These are just a few of the problems I'm not happy with and at the moment can not think of the rest.

I click on a new current email and I get an old email from my old AOL sign in. Note the date. All my current emails content are old emails from 2014 from an old address. See heading of email.
Also I had to delete AOL DataMask to make a screen capture for a credit card dispute. It seems I run out of uploads of AOL DataMask. I been a paying customer from 1993.

The AOL "TEAM" as you call them have zero experience using 9.8.2 as we have over the past two decades, so how can anyone expect them to improve on a system that was already GREAT. The only improvements are the spell check and the search. All else is absolutely worthless and it's ******* off ALL who have stuck with AOL.

Since this was also sent to me , I'll reply. Not the original guy. Yes, I can name a few things not working right.
1) In ' Window " at the top , upon selecting ' tile ' it stacks the windows instead of putting them side by side as in a checkerboard fashion. Why was this changed ?

2 ) i don't seem to be able to select different icons for new toolbar icons created in ' Add to Toolbar'.

3 ) In creating an E-mail I am not able to resize the photo I paste unless I just don't know how.
The last AOL version was easy.

Favorites are alphabetized for easy access? Are you nuts? That's what letting US arrange them was for.

Adds please get them out of the emails, so hard to read an e-mail you have them everywere, whey should we pay for aol, and then have to see so many adds. 9.8 was easy on eyes, Gold makes me dissy. I miss the switch e-mail were you can see how many e-mails on other screen names. Also you have to confirm your name twice before you can enter password. I have not had time to try other things yet as was forced to swithch to Gold.

well i dont care about aim anyway.... well i dont like the fonts u have for the emails. i like to used my own. but i can not used them only when i make tags for ppl... i looking at the feedback of other saying and agree too it. but i will never like Aol gold... u took many things away. that ppl like to use... the favorites in albetical order does not bother me either....

1. New favorites is awful as I can not organize them to my preference. The older system was much better !!!!
2. Gold is SLOW !! SPEED IT UP!! Reminds me of the old dial up AOL in the past it is so slow
3. I do not like the new send mail, the way the addresses are auto populated and the overall look. Go back to what WE like and what WORKED
4. Why no allow usp to pick the version we like and use it, and not FORCE us to use Gold if we opt to stay with AOL

But yet they want feedback from us here... But every suggestion they are closed minded to it. Just NOT RIGHT! Should be about your customers wishes NOT what YOU want for us UGH I'm so upset about ready to bail on AOL and I've been with AOL since 1995. I'm so upset with the Favorite places changes, AIM changes and also the new WORD COUNT in email. Just AWWWWWWWWFUL. About ready to quit!!!! On the fence
