    Bring back the option of sending photos in the fast mode, or the high quality mode when sending email. It takes too long to send photos now.

    Go back to a previous version that will work all cameras email software like you had the last 20 years.

    GIVE US BACK THE OPTION TO OPTIMIZE OUR PICTURES OR SEND FULLSIZE. CURRENTLY THIS AOL GOLD (WHICH I HATE) ONLY LETS YOU PUT THE PICTURE IN ONE SIZE AND IF THE PICTURE IS LARGE IT TAKES FOREVER TO SEND,, OR WILL NOT SEND. PUT BACK THE OPTIMIZE & FULLSIZE CHOICES THAT WERE AVAILABLE WITH THE OLD DESKTOP.

    In all previous AOL software, you could "optimize" photos when sending in email. That reduced the size of the photos. That doesn't seem to be possible in this. So far, this whole "gold" idea is a huge step backwards. Why are you messing with a good product?

    Bring back the online option to resize embedded images in emails. I can no longer send most pictures because this is missing. Also, when I embed an image in an email why it it much larger than it really is. An image 200 pixels high was put into an email and it showed as almost 250 pixels high. I can no longer create and send custom images to customers because of this.

    I cannot send even one **** picture. In the old version I could send 10 in one email. You guys really messed up this version. Its worse then the original one from 20 yrs ago.

    Why can't I resize photos to send in the email. When I send pictures now they are too big for the receiver to even view! And take forever to send!

    !. No ability to edit pics as we had with previous version.
    2. When including pics in E mail sending time is way to long, much longer than before

    Please bring back previous version!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I use the pictures on the mail. I use it in my letters as words for the older people. I like the ones you have now You can put some others like that I love aol

    I agree with all the comments below. One of the main reasons I stayed with AOL desktop was because of the ease of inserting photographs. Bring back the ability to edit the pictures before putting them into the email. Bring back the ability to send them quickly or with full detail.
    Before you made all these changes, why didn't you send out a questionnaire to your loyal members, asking them which features they like and which features they didn't like or wish could be improved? Anyone who actually PAYS for AOL should be considered a faithful customer. I feel stupid when I admit that I still use AOL desktop

    On the old 9.8 version, there was a rectangular square "SHARE Ikon Box on the top right hand corner to use to transfer or post pictures on FACEBOOK, Twitter, Lifestream, AOL Mail, etc, which I used all the time. By lining p my photo from a saved e-mail, I could p to the SHARE Box on the right hand corner, and if I pressed "Facebook," it would automatically allow me to either send or send with a message and post. This feature is not available on the GOLD Version. It is an extremely poplar feature and I am requesting you add this feature to the GOLD Version. I can't possibly be that difficult of technical solution for AOL. There are several people I know who also want this feature on the GOLD Version like you had on the 9.8. Thank you.

    When I am deleting "Previous Deleted Mail" on my 9.8 version, I can qickly go down each e-mail and delete quite swiftly. However, when I do the same on the Gold, it is slow, takes 2 3 seconds fore the message to delete, and takes me forever to go down the list of desired deletions. Please either put the old 9.8 version of deleting deleted e-mails, or make it faster on the Gold.

    IMAGE RESOLUTION: Someone suggested you can downsize the resolution of an embedded image just by dragging in its corners. That's absurd. That simply makes the picture smaller in on-screen size. A postage stamp can have the same resolution as a billboard...
    Bring back the online option to resize embedded images, please. Susan
