    Should I pay $39,.99 a month for no service on the chat line or telephone line for 20 minutes of wait time?

    OMG the worst service ever & you charge. can't open/send mail, wait 5 minutes & try again. Well guess what I don't have 5 minutes to wait around. Get it together

    It takes forever to load email. And sometimes it doesnt even load at all.

    There is a lag of 8 seconds OR MORE - SOMETIMES 30 SECONDS OR MORE with every opening email and every sending email, which is unacceptable. I've done everything you've suggested in other posts - clearing footprints, refreshing mail, etc. I've restarted AOL, restarted my computer. The lag is in the program and I hope you fix it soon. You have TOO MUCH GOING ON FOR YOUR SERVER TO HANDLE IT!!! Back it up about 10 years and SIMPLIFY!!!!

    You have completely destroyed your Desktop with this "Gold" MESS. More like lead than gold - today, it won't open emails, other than a blank field where the email is supposed to be. Trying to get to AOL from Edge continues to be fruitless today - we are all being subjected to your obviously deeply flawed Beta Test. DUMP IT, folks. Bring back 9.8.2 and fix its bugs instead. Its features were far superior to this disaster. Right now, I cannot open ANY emails on the desktop, or through a backdoor access via Edge. Thanks for nothing.,
