Incorrect Option on Tech Support page.
On your Help page, it states to call 1-800-827-6364 and use Option 4 to get techical support. Tech support is actually Option 5.

What good does it do to call anyone about a problem. They go through the same changes without being able to fix the problem. All you get is sitting on the phone with them for 90+ minutes just to find out the problem still exists. They tell you they will pass it to their higher supervisors but that is called passiing the buck. I have been with AOL for over 20 years and once I had to up grade to AOL GOLD everything turned to ****. i am in the process it closing my aol account. If other people were smart they would do the same.

It was AGES AGO since I complained. The telephone number given to call for support was a non working number. PLEASE BRING back v 98.2 It was perfect.
