ALL MY EMAIL FOLDERS ARE GONE!! WHAT HAPPENED!!??!!THEY HAVE TO BE RESTORED IMMEDIATELY.

As you can see by the comments, AOL you are losing all of us loyal loyal customers who have stayed with you through all the mocking. But sadly, this may be the last straw. If you don't get our service up and running SOON you will have lost us all. So sad. I was always so faithful to AOL but I use my email for my business and can't afford to have a day without email. I've just opened a gmail account so at least I could communicate with some clients.

Every morning I wonder WHAT will be the AOL Gold problem for the day.
My patience is wearing thin. WHERE are my emails this morning??? You do have a lot of nerve, switching to the Gold system and actually charging for this mess. -

I have had problems with Gold since day one. I think AOL owes us all at least a partial refund. Why should we continue to pay for a product / service that doesn't work properly?

I can't get mail but I get that most annoying new popup about AOL games. I don't do games and I don't want that popup every time I sign on, Tell us how to stop it.
