Started to read the story about the biblical story, and those ******* ads kept up hopping around, one or two on each side of the page. Who in the **** puts these **** things together? I quit!

Your content ideas are good and interesting, but to get to the articles you have to navigate through complicated slide shows and multiple distracting adds that you have to avoid to find the story you are looking for - I always give up and just google the topic for more direct information. I am a long time user and would like to keep AOL as a primary site for information and content, but it has become too difficult.

BAN ADS THAT COVER CONTENT!!!! I am sick of having to scroll around ads, particularly at the bottom of the screen, to continue reading

Can you PLEASE stop all the redirect ads popping up!!!! When I click on a link in something I'm reading these **** things popup and you can't X them out except to close them which then means I've lost what I was reading!!! It's one thing to put up with all the flashing ads but this is ridiculas.....and I'm paying for the new AOL flaw???

No more NEXT PAGE its an annoyance, No one or very few customers probably go beyond the second page. You are probably rating the response by how many customers click on the first page.
Please take a closer look this NEXT thing is no good. -

Why do you always entice readers with a come-on and then force the reader to page over and over to find the original tempting subject? This is the primary reason I do not use AOL very much.

I CANNOT stand the new welcome window that should have news but instead has advertisements. I pay A LOT for my aol. If this is what I am going to get, I'll get rid of aol and go to free email. I can't even move through the advertisements. AWFUL!!!!!

Don't want back stories unless I ask for them. I just want the information referenced in the headline. I resent having to waste my time wading through stuff I didn't ask for.

I was trying to read the piece on the pressure cooker, but every time I went to the page, one of those damned ad pasted itself over the page and blocked the information. Nice going! I probably didn't want one anyhow.

When reading an article that repeated requires NEXt. which is annoying in it's self.....why are disgusting ***** popups appearing?? They are extremely offensive and should have no place unrequested!!! Also is there a reason we cannot read an article in complete without having to hit next over a dozen times and then be over exposed to a multiple ads! AOL changes aren't not good for the members only the advertisers!!!

Every article that is based on a Scribol format is impossible to read. The ads constantly change and move around so you cannot possibly complete an article. When I find an article with Scribol on it I immediately close it and move on

First, I hate the popup ads. I have given up on trying to read an article of interest as popups continue to popup right in the middle of what I am reading. So, I now go to a different browser.
Second, The articles are broken up into slivers and a person has to click through a huge amount of them to read the article. As I have read the article, the writer repeats lines several times and need to get to point of the article. Terrible writing.
Last but not least, some of the article have an anti-climatic ending. I wasted my time reading.
Again, I am done reading AOL articles and find article on other browsers.
AOL has gotten worse as time has gone by. You really need to listen to what people tell you about all the **** that you throw at us. -

It takes way too long for my emails to open due to the ads that have to load. I get that you need to cover costs but at this point I am considering moving all my AOL accounts to Outlook, where I'll never see an ad again, or switching my emails over to Gmail, which I really despise. There has to be a reprieve for those of us who are still choosing to pay for the service. I've had AOL for about 20 years and really do not understand this new model. PLEASE fix this.

Trying to read the articles is frustrating and maddening to say the least. Trying to read the articles and popup take up 50 to 75 % of the page ! I know you make your money but it has gotten way out of hand.

If advertisements are paying for AOL why are we still being charged for this premium service? So many ad's I no longer enjoy many of the articles being presented!
