I have been a subscriber for over 20 yrs and I am so tired of trying to read an article and have to hit next page 900 times!!! This is just insane!!!!!

every time you open an article,read and article it's advertising advertising advertising!!!!!!!! If I pay for AOL services WHY IS THERE SOOOOO MUCH ADVERTISING

First, I hate the popup ads. I have given up on trying to read an article of interest as popups continue to popup right in the middle of what I am reading. So, I now go to a different browser.
Second, The articles are broken up into slivers and a person has to click through a huge amount of them to read the article. As I have read the article, the writer repeats lines several times and need to get to point of the article. Terrible writing.
Last but not least, some of the article have an anti-climatic ending. I wasted my time reading.
Again, I am done reading AOL articles and find article on other browsers.
AOL has gotten worse as time has gone by. You really need to listen to what people tell you about all the **** that you throw at us.

Get rid of ads that block out stories I want to read. It iS BECOMING MADDENING. Some ads will not "x" out...they keep coming back on the same story. aol May lose me.

It takes way too long for my emails to open due to the ads that have to load. I get that you need to cover costs but at this point I am considering moving all my AOL accounts to Outlook, where I'll never see an ad again, or switching my emails over to Gmail, which I really despise. There has to be a reprieve for those of us who are still choosing to pay for the service. I've had AOL for about 20 years and really do not understand this new model. PLEASE fix this.

Trying to read the articles is frustrating and maddening to say the least. Trying to read the articles and popup take up 50 to 75 % of the page ! I know you make your money but it has gotten way out of hand.

If advertisements are paying for AOL why are we still being charged for this premium service? So many ad's I no longer enjoy many of the articles being presented!

your stories are very interesting and informative. However I hardly click on them anymore because they are so tedious to get through. TOO many ads, pop-ups and other annoyances BEFORE it lets you scroll to the next page. Please make your stories more user-friendly, otherwise I'll continue to bypass them

Alright AOL we've put up with a lot of ads but it's disgusting to begin reading an article and a *** ***** ad pops up!!! What if a minor was reading the article?? Have you no shame how you earn money?? It's disgusting!!!

stop the pop up advertising. 6 just popped up and blocked 90% of the screen. Horrible

I try to read an article and ads pop up all over the page. This is so disgusting and you shoujld be more user friendly to your customers. I have complained often and the situation only gets worse.

Please give me a way to delete the ads from my welcome page

When you post a interesting news story, how about just showing the story. Instead I have to click "OK"...you send me two paragraphs...then the 'click next page' bar...then another two paragraphs and another 'click next page"....this is ridiculous. I pay alot for AOL and this is how you present interesting news stories???? Now, when I see that "Click Next page" I ignore the story all together and google it....funny, Google is free and I have to pay AOL to bombard me with pop up's and ads rather than just show me the **** stories. Then the ad's that I click off, keep appearing on side boxes on everything I search for...Been on AOL since mid 90's...you have made your money off of me...how about some customer service!!!!!

Do you peeps ever read your own postings? I was trying to read the story on the homeless pooch in LA, but there were those usual damned ads plowing in and jumping around the lower right corner. I suppose the friggin things don't bother you because you have been playng video games 24/7 all of your lives. But to an older folk, the f###ing things are really annoying. I'd like to finish the stories some time, but those flopping ads are distracting. Find another way to get your jollies.

I enjoy the stories you post but you are making a horse and pony show of your members by dragging every story out to 10 or more pages just to collect "clicks" to show your advertisers how man saw their ads. Then to make it worse, you set up a 3 second delay on the "next page" bar so a link to another ad website pops up right where the "next page" was a second ago. I am done jumping hoops until you fix this abuse.

Unless AOL Gold fixes some problems I will have to opt out soon. I get so many ads that you would think that AOL Gold was free. And your next click stories are beyond aggravating! Read your reviews and you will find I am not the only one! Please fix these things or after all these years with AOL...?

Stop making us scroll through many pages to see one interesting news item! I've stopped looking. Too many ads that I'm not interested in. Stop forcing me to keep deleting them just to read a news bit.

Those damned ads flopping around the bottom right corner drive me nuts. You knotheads must enjoy driving people nuts with the flopping ads. I would like to start reading a story some time and get it finished. I don't think it will ever happen here.

OK, if you can't OMIT the disgusting advertising on my email as a paying subscriber since 1986, I'm inclined to CANCEL?

Is it really necessary to have all those flopping ads jumping around the page? I am well aware that they are wonderful, exciting, colorful, thought provoking, amazing, clever, and irritating? And then there are those large avantis (?) ad that plow in and cover the bottom right corner. Does anyone there consider the people reading the material? I don't know how many times I have ceased reading material because of those damned ads flopping around.
